My husband and I are new at property management and everyone has been very helpful and patient with us. We loved the fact they offered a free trial period and a one hour video call with a representative to get us started on the right track. Program is easy to use and if I have questions they are very responsive if I can't find answers online.

I am still onboarding my first short-term rental. The onboarding process with Jen P has been extremely helpful. She helps me troubleshoot, helps give a different perspective on some of the rules for my future guests, etc. Very pleased with the onboarding process so far.
