Yes, this is because the OR emails are sent from the *@inquiryspot.com rather than from your associated email account.
It's been awhile since I set it up and I honestly don't remember how I did it. I think I set the OR trigger to send to my email account, then I set a rule in that account to forward that email to IFTTT.
There is a great reddit community devoted to IFTTT issues. This is a workaround I just found; I'm not sure it will help you but it may get you started down the rabbit hole. : )

Let us know how it works out for you; it might be helpful for future OR users to know exactly how to configure it. I sure wish I had written down what I did to make that piece work.

Do you not use this anymore? Or is it possible for you to post screenshot of your OR settings and IFTTT settings? I think many people would find this useful.

What we have now is not an option. If you use the PM side of the platform, you can hide the reports menu from employees/staff but, they still have full access to all the PM menu option which shows all the PM financials. This makes absolutely no sense. You need to hide the PM menu as well as the reports.
Actually, the daily checklist report is very helpful to any staff member. If you can lock all reports and the PM menu and give access to the Daily Checklist report, that would be so helpful.
Waiting for this change for a while now.... disappointed that it's just not a viable option to just hide the report menu.
Has this been requested yet? I'm currently entering total monthly rent, commission, and expenses into excel year end statements for 50 properties and counting. If this could be downloadable like the monthly statements my life would be 10000% better :)
I just came here to post this same question. A simple year end statement showing each owner's gross revenue, total commission, total expense and net per month would be LIFECHANGING.
Any update on when the new year end statements for PM's/owners will be available?
Hello! Now that Team Access (User Invites) is out, we're next going to do Read-Only access. "Tiered Access" will come after that, which we are working to get to in mid-2023. It's not in development yet, so it's not committed work but something we do have on the roadmap to get to as soon as we can.

Please, please. I'm so disheartened to see that it has been a decade since this request was made. I really love OwnerRez and don't want to change PMS' but I also need pricing software that works and doesn't loose me money. I'm so sad that tools exist that meet my needs, but they don't work together. It feels like the life of a host. First we had tools that sucked, and now they exist, but don't work together in combos that work for hosts who need them most.

Thanks to the fantastic OwnerRez team, I have been able to scale my business from two cabins to 20+ properties. At this point, I am hiring assistant managers with various responsibilities, including front end conversation with guests.
It would make my life tremendously easier if the new team tab in portal access allowed me to assign communication with specific properties to assigned team members.
As of date, it’s either all or nothing.
