It would be nice to be able to change guest check-in and check-out times from the <Overview> Section under Bookings. This page shows the generic check-in and check-out time over the date but there is no option to change it. Guests frequently ask if they can check in early or leave later.
This request often comes from an email it would be nice to click <bookings> click <overview> and be able to change times immediately.
The templates and triggers OR offers are amazing and seems like a date change or a time change would initiate the same notification trigger.
* Guest would be sent an update to change in their allotted times (a bit more refined than current date change notifications).
* Housekeeping could get a notification of change in times
* Door code APIs could be sent changes and update codes based on the new time interval.
This would be a great benefit to all of us with programmable locks.

I send guest materials in the days immediately before arrival. A guest booking on the day of arrival will not get a templette that has a trigger 3 days before arrival. A guest booking 2 or months prior is likely to forget this data. If i send a templette on arrival and 3 days prior both a guest booking 4 days out would get the same template 3 and 4 days before arrival. Sending numerous materials on booking combined with sending the same material is not the professional image I want to present.
I'd like to build a conditional trigger
If ArrivalDate > 3 days from BookingDate then
Send template 3 days before ArrivalDate
Else
Send Template NOW
CURRENTLY THE TRIGGER IS SINGLE CONDITION & LOOKS LIKE

I use Pricelabs to control this. They have this option to allow orphan gap control differences within a cutoff period. The only downside with Pricelabs is that the moment a booking or cancellation changes the calendar, the gap-prevention conditions (which are enforced by restricting check-ins/outs) is not consistent with the calendar until the daily syncing is performed. I wish Pricelabs or OR would find a way to do a Pricing sync as soon as the calendar gets changed, rather than at a set time.
A forced turn day is a good idea. I was trying to figure this out before, but just came across your idea. Probably a maximum length restriction becoming incrementally shorter as the turn day approaches is the way to get this implemented and working with the OTAs. I don't see it requiring it anything else. Though having OR set it up so it it automates the length restrictions for numerous days, would make it easier to implement.

For listings, we like to show our featured properties on the search and availability widget and when going to listings.
For the calendar widget, we would like to see the properties sort a to z.
However, currently in Owner Rez, I have to choose random, featured, or a to z.
Can you make it so we can apply a sort to a given widget.

I love how you responded to this snarky comment about cost. As business owners, we should all have a little grace with other businesses that don't operate like charities.
It would be great to be able to select more property icons such as:
Sauna, Fire pit, fenced yard, ping-pong, tennis/pickleball, air hockey, game room.

Instead of listing each and every property under the 'Properties' tab on the Website, it would be nice to be able to customize groups and manually set each property into the group. This could allow us to separate and categorize the dropdown menu by Building name, Number of Beds, Location, etc.

The whole owners portal needs a revamp. List view would be helpful. as well as any additional features like reports, etc.
You can always send the guest a triggered message prior to their stay or during that gives a code to discount the day prior or after the stay.
Requesting a way to add a filter for "Discounts" on the calendar ribbon.
Its not obvious when there is a discount applied unless you enter each reservation and go to charges. If there was a way to filter reservations that have entered a discount code, you can then find these quicker and investigate if the discount should be there.
A couple examples of discounts that can be applied from the direct booking page.
1. Military discount- We offer military discount. In order to make sure this is a valid request, we require ID to verify this is a valid request.
2. Repeat guest discounts- We would verify this is indeed a repeat guest by their profile.

Add collapsible groups in the ribbon calendar and allow properties to be added to groups. This could be used to create visual separation for properties by location, by number of bedrooms, etc. Here is a mockup.

This Widget it great but it could be even greater if it also had a "pet" filter added to it.
I just don't bother with the fees until the end of the month, when I do a journal entry for the total fees for that month. Much easier. You can even do it annually if the only reason you need the data is for taxes.
Any updates on upgrades to quickbooks integration?

When a host changes a guest's reservation date, OwnerRez kindly displays what has been paid and what the new booking would be. This is great for bookings in the future but it's more common for me to have guests add a day to their stay in which case their stay, if it were available, would be highly discounted. I reduce pricing aggressively 7 and 3 days prior to a stay if I can't book it. So a guest wants to add an ADDITIONAL NIGHT for which I expect an additional $135 and the software suggests sticking with the current pricing or giving the guest a refund as well as the additional night. Can you please add a 3rd option which allows custom pricing?
I know there are work around and use them so there is no need to tell me how to add charges. This pricing option triggered during a date change would be very handy. As it is now its only handy about 40% of the time when I"m adjusting future bookings.
