I have just switched over to OR from Guesty for Hosts and I'm still finding where everything is.
One of the things that I had in Guesty that I can't seem to duplicate in OR is a simple report showing how much profit we made in a given month.
What I'm looking for is a simple report that shows the combined (AirBnb, VRBO, and Direct) booking fees that we took in, the cleaning fees that we took in, booking platform expenses, and other expenses such as pay to the cleaners, power bill, internet bill, etc.
Doe this report exists and I'm just missing it?
What is the best integration option for the Kwikset Halo Wifi smart lock and OwnerRez?
I've just spent a random half hour trying to work out how to input a single bed into OR. For any other UK people out there. I discovered the following.
U.S. terminology refers to a twin bed to mean what is known as a single bed in other countries, whereas other countries understand twin beds to be two single beds in the same room.
So when trying to add a single bed you need to add a twin that sleeps 1.
Please see the attached screenshot of the Quickbooks screen where the payments are recording multiple times. They are syncing to our QBO multiple times and causing issues. This is just one instance of this happening. This happened back in May and we had a ticket open and thought it was fixed but it is not. I really need to speak with someone asap to get this issue resolved.

We love these Property Search Field when filtering expenses. Can that same type of drop down menu be included in the Post Expense page? Scrolling through a long list of owners/properties adds to the time when posting expenses, especially when you can't remember the owner's name. I usually use the bulk uploaded spreadsheet, but sometimes it's just quicker to do one-offs. Thank you!!!!
It looks like there's a way to create distinct sets of house rules for each Airbnb listing under Properties -> Channel Rules -> Airbnb House Rules, but there doesn't seem to be any way to reference this in message templates via field codes. It looks like the only way to have this information pulled into a message template would be to create a custom field code and duplicate the house rules there. It also doesn't look like the information from a custom field code could be pulled into the Airbnb House Rules section, so it would be a pain to ensure both sections are updated when needed. Is there any way around this?
EDIT: It also looks like field codes are missing for Airbnb-specific cancelation policies, quiet hours, and probably a few other items that would be important to draw from and reference in message templates.
I am a new rental owner and starting with OR from the start. I am having some trouble with the VRBO integration. It seems the only way to get help is by email. That’s usually a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Very inefficient and almost impossible to communicate.
Is there any other way to get help from OR. Do they have a chat feature that I’m not seeing? Seems almost everyone has chat. I cleared up a question with Wheelhouse in 10 minutes using their chat.
Any ideas or input is appreciated.

I have a new property that we are managing, and the owners want to make the calendar unavailable by default and then just open up the dates they wish to rent. Is there a way to do that via OwnerRez? I know Airbnb has that option, but we have an OR hosted website and are API connected via OR to Airbnb and Vrbo, so to have everything sync properly, it would have to be feature in OR. If it is there, I can't seem to find it.

Is you sec dep a hold or a charge? if it is a hold, 28 days is pushing it. Maybe create a surcharge (like Management fee) that is only applicable in booking length >= 21 days. And refund it post stay?

I just responded to your ticket regarding this as well, In short the grand total is calculated using the "Remitting now" column value. We generally always recommend including that column when making a custom view, as leaving it off can result in numbers not visually adding up.

Not likely, Google's products are all independently managed by different groups. Because Google does not handle payments for GVR bookings (they direct guests to your website to complete the actual booking), there is no likely integration because of this newer system.
Since now there are Google Vacation Rentals, maybe Google will allow Google pay for them?

I am trying to set up Mid-Term stays 21-28 days. I would like to have 2 different security deposits set up. Currently I have a security deposit set up for all stays regardless of length at $400.00/stay, but I would like to have a secondary security deposit between $1,500-$2,000/ stay with a separate booking criteria that triggers it if someone books a mid-term stay of 21-28 nights?
#1 can this be done in OR?
#2 Any way to do this when API connected?
#3 Can I create an adder to the existing security deposit?
#4 Does OR have a criteria option that will trigger a different security deposit?

I am having a similar issue, when running a owner statement at the end of each month, we noticed that that 'total bookings' at the very bottom does not match the owner's amount when all added together. Does anyone know what number add together to equal the total bookings number?

We don't generally support doing redirects from one domain to another domain. We only support redirecting pages inside a site.
To redirect from an old domain to a new domain, I recommend using the forwarding feature that most registrars support: https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/hosted-transitioning#redirecting-domains

If not -I would like the means to block spammers unwanted "inquirers" and the like.

For example, we have agreements to list our property with Debbie's Villas and VR360 (UK sites).
I'd like to include details about those sites within OR for our property, but not sure how to organize it.
In addition, we have a local Property Manager and I'd like to add them to our property profile - again, not sure where to add this in where it makes most sense.

I have a domain with a website at OwnerRez. I have a new domain and I want to replace the old domain with my new domain. I was reading above that it is easy; just change the DNS settings and replace the old domain with the new one. Of course, I don't want to lose all my link rankings. So, I want to create a 301 redirect from my old domain to my new domain. I can't quite get my head around how to do this. I see the tab for redirecting, but what happens to all the redirects when I replace my old domain with a new one? I have about 12 redirects! I don't quite understand how to carry out the 301 redirects since I am staying on the same server with OwnerRez. I might be overcomplicating things... sorry for that.
