Whenever you add a property to Vrbo, you have to go through a bit of a rigamarole to choose the commission plan (Pay-Per-Book or subscription). I can never figure out how to do it (it's not in an intuitive place). I emailed OR a suggestion to add a note to the "Instructions" page for where to do this, but Ken's response (which is sort of fair) is that Vrbo moves it around and OR can't always keep track of when Vrbo changes it, so OR doesn't want to add instructions that could potentially be out-of-date.
If you still can't figure it out, let me know and I can dig up where I finally ended up finding it.
IME (based on watching the Vrbo API integration status page), it can take up to 2 hours before Vrbo pulls rate/availability updates.
I’d like to apply the same discount logic for Mon - Wed stays offering the 3rd night at 50% off. Is there a way to only have the discount applied to say WED only if nights booked are Mon - Wed. Seems you can only apply the 50% to rent subtotal for all 3 nights.

I am trying to make an e-mail template in Spanish that includes several custom fields. What I want is:
- field 1: rent
- field 2: surcharges such as breakfast, additional beds etc. Can be more than one field
- field 3: VAT/sales tax
- field 4: total of 1+2+3
The problem is field 2: how can i show these surcharges. Also they should be included in field 4 total

I changed my rates and requested full sync under VRBO API integration. I waited for an hour but the rates on VRBO havent been updated still. How long does it take Vrbo to reflect changes on Ownerrez? If I dont trigger full sync manually, how often does Owenerrez sync with VRBO?
Is there a way to change the size of the hero images on the home page of the website? They are cropped so the bottom is missing. If not, can they at least be centered so the top and bottom are cropped equally?
We added a new property on Tuesday and VRBO is still showing inactive. Any suggestions?
Guests want to book for the week of the total eclipse in 2024, and I can't figure out how to change the quote from the standard rate to higher rates for that week.

Hi Ricardo,
Owner Statements currently support grouping bookings and expenses by Property for this very reason.
You can enable that per statement if you use the built in statement views, or you can build your own statement view and select the "Group By: Property" option under Layout.
We do not support multiple statements for the same time period for one owner.

I've come to my attention that Owners with more than one properties when we try to create the Owner Statement it displays all the properties together in one Owner Statements, but most Owners like to see their individuals statements by each property. Is there a way that we can do that?? Since I've come with a complicated solution like creating individual Owners to each property or creating each statements with a different date, excluding bookings and expenses one by one in order to show just the info belonging to each propierty. So it is more complicated and difficult to do

Is there any way to trace the direct bookings to the property sharing widget/site? We have a common website smokymountaincabinsbyowner.com where the widget is housed. Also, each member has it on a page on their respective website. Obviously, there is a lot of cross-referring going on. Is there any way (GA? other) to know that booking X for property Y originated via the search on a shared widget on website Z?

No, as the listing channels don't support this. Instead, there are two supported options:
1. Add a per-guest surcharge beyond a specified minimum:

2. Use the Add-on Services feature to charge for extra services like providing a baby travel cot:

But this only works with direct-book guests.

I have created an additional charge for extra beds and/or baby travel cots. At check-out the guest cannot select how many beds/cots they want.
Would it be possible to include a drop-down with the number of additional beds included in my set uo and and adjust the price accordingly?

Hi all--I recorded the total paid as the payout from Airbnb and the host fee separately. Do I need to actually record the entire amount the guest paid and then subtract out his fees? I really don't care about those numbers. The important part for me to track is the payout and that it matches my deposit. It seems like a bunch of extra steps.

Airbnb had an issue with their iCals yesterday which should now be fixed. Try reactivating your Airbnb iCal import if you need it.
Regarding the validation, unfortunately, this is what we usually see in most iCal implementations. One of the many reasons we recommend using our API integration instead of iCal import.

I am struggling to figure out how to eliminate the Title and/or Name from showing up on a custom page for Amenities. I already have a title centered, along with the lists below the title, abut I keep seeing either the "title" or "name" of the custom page off to the left in very large font.
