we currently try to keep track of in GMAIL FOLDERS
It would benefit us tremendously if we could attach documents at the property level.
I would like to join the Beta testing. I see to be a Product Manager and conducted integration and UAT testing. Would love to help from the user side.
Also, I would like to see my Google reviews on my existing Google businesses for my vacation rentals to carry over.

I have no way of knowing if a potential guest has come onto my website to book and then abandoned the booking, and it could be for one or more of several reasons. So I find it essential to be able to track when this happens and have that booking retained and/or recovered and have a message triggered that could encourage them to complete the booking or whatever else I want to communicate with the potential guest.
For instance, I was trying to place an order for an item on a product website, and I was having technical difficulty with that, and so I had no option but to abandon the cart. The next morning I got an email from the site with a link to continue my order, and I was able to do so without the technical issue. I also got a phone call from the site owner and I explained the issue to them, and they were thankful to know about it.
This request is related to another request recent, "Trigger to send follow up to unbooked quoted inquiries," but not exactly the same, (https://www.ownerrez.com/forums/requests/trigger-to-send-follow-up-to-unbooked-quoted-inquiries) and maybe should be part of the same feature?
Ken was partially correct, we have similar stuff planned, but nothing that quite tackles what you're looking for. I'd recommend turning this into a FR at this time.

Alas, no - and as with all such things, I think you'll see rolling releases of additional functionality added to the ribbon calendar bit by bit.

Yes, there will be a v2 of the new ribbon calendar adding many more features, and I do see displaying tags on that list.
This would be SUPER helpful for current owner stays. That will be a larger limitation for me!! But we will just have to make a work around that we don't miss them!!

I also want the Filter view on the new ribbon being implemented. I loved the new Ribbon view but without the filter option, I selected to use the legacy one which is not supported for future. :(
The lastmod tag would help those of us writing blog content to drive web traffic for direct bookings to get it out to search engines more quickly. Can you please add <lastmod> tag to the sitemap? Years ago, Google may not have looked at this tag, but content is king nowadays for SEO ranking and OwnerRez claims to be good at that. Bing states they do look at lastmod.

Mila, we don’t use stripe. Does that allow you to offer card and echeck payment options to your direct booking guests through OR?
(We tell our guests that we pass along the 3% bank fee if they choose to pay with a card, and because our average invoice is around $20k many of them send us a physical check but we’d rather streamline their ability to pay with an echeck.)

I voted for this feature of holding the filter when you switch views because I loved the filter option in the Ribbon view. So sad that it is discounted and hope that it can be put back again.
This was a great feature that I used a lot. Filter option at ribbon view also let me to find any booking that did not sign a rental agreement that is from booking.com etc. etc. It was a very useful feature but now it is discontinued in the new ribbon view. I reverted back to the orginal although I loved the new ribbon view. Is there no way to include the filter option in the new ribbon view? It was such a usefull thing to have!

I see what happened on your other post attempt. This site doesn't permit you to use html like angle brackets (<>
) in the title field. Can you try adding your feature request again as a new topic without the angle brackets in the title? This request is really more about www.ownerrez.com, whereas your request as I understand it is related to Hosted Website blogs.

Rather than re-type that separate request, can you please add <lastmod> as part of this? In this context, it might only apply lastmod to blog posts in the sitemap, but that's probably okay since most other pages on OwnerRez hosted sites probably don't change as much.
Many hotels now offer guests two types of a rates: 1) regular rate with flexible cancellation and 2) a discount rate that's nonrefundable. This is a great strategy to generate reliable bookings further out on the calendar. Help desk indicates that OR does not currently support this use case.
Although it would be great to execute against this strategy across all channels, I would prioritize developing a solution for direct bookings initially given the additionally complexity you'll encounter with OTAs.
Please consider enabling this use case for direct bookings using OwnerRez.

Please add a "video" or "360 video" option to each property page. Instead of having a "video page" that potential guest scroll through to find the property they are looking for, have a video of that property on that properties page. Similar to what you see in Real Estate listing. Thank you.
The title does not show in the calendar widgets -- that's where I'd like it to show. I could note that a property is closed for remodeling or things like that.
