Your August 9 update seems to have removed the ability to just print a paper copy of the calendar from the ribbon view. In the past, I could open the ribbon view, use the right mouse button to click "print", pick a printer, and it would print.
Now it will only print the black and white background with dates and units and the names of guests, but no colored bar for their stay- so you can't tell when guests are coming and going. I leave this calendar on site for our housekeepers so it is truly needed.
Could you please restore this feature/setting?

We currently have a mixed bag and I think I can say Ive tried most of them... EZLO/Vera ia zwave option we use today as is Hubitat. We gave also tried SmartThings. Challenge is and always has been the piece of middleware required to communicate with the zwave hub/controller. Lynx/RemoteLock are a couple of options but not direct integrations and of course high fees just to be able to synchronize booking information codes to the lock controller.

This can actually be accomplished by embedding a third party widget into your Hosted Website's Home page!

WebAssist is a paid service, but embedding third party widgets can certainly be done by you at any time.

Generally with OwnerRez by itself you can't as the system is just designed to handle the signing of rental agreements, however using a third party document signing service should feasibly get the job done.

I agree! I currently copy and paste information I'd like to stay with the booking, but when I have to search all over for information (my email, OR email and my texts) it's super time consuming. And I only have 1 property! It would be great if all emails originating from an inquiry, quote or booking were contained within OR. Thanks!

Yes. We're working on inquiry triggers right now which will replace the current outdated autoresponder system. Inquiry triggers will be able to be used for Airbnb and Vrbo channel messaging and set to fire at any time or only during certain hours.

The only way to have the POC form at the moment is to have an agreement. The "no agreement" rule only applies to direct booking quotes. You could create an agreement to be something very simple that just states the property and dates rather than legalese if you want to streamline the process.
We've begun planning the revamp of the guest forms (i.e. booking flow) where we'll look into untethering the POC and RA from having to go together.

It's not a legal issue - this would clearly be legal. The concern is the effect on overall spam scores.
Anyway, since there are a number of workarounds, this is not a high priority item. The simplest is - go to the main Bookings screen, use the Filters to set the parameters of the bookings you want, then Export that list to Excel. Even though the guest email addresses are not displayed on the screen, they are included in the Excel export, so, you can easily grab them all, drop them into a BCC field in your email client, and then send a single email to everyone.

In the case of Airbnb, they reorganize your photos themselves according to their own algorithm, and swap them around without warning automatically.
