We had previously marked this request as declined because we found a Yale / August integration to be cost prohibitive at the time. In the here and now, we are open to discussing this again internally.

Please share with likeminded users who would be willing to give it an upvote! Our Product team relies heavily on upvotes to prove demand when taking these requests into consideration.

Note that internal discussions in no way mean we are "planning" for this feature yet. But we wanted to open this thread back up for those interested so that it can be discussed again as a potential roadmap item for the future.

Yes, we do have plans for design updates on Hosted Websites! It'll be a ways out on our roadmap, but we are looking forward to getting that work underway. Hoping to see some new releases there before the end of the year.

We had previously declined this request because, at the time, it seemed rather cost prohibitive. This was back in 2023.

In the here and now, we are open to discussing this internally again. I am re-opening that older request, and will merge yours into it. Property Availability Search widget is limited to 12 properties - is there a way to make that list all that are available within that search?

This is a known issue with chrome that has been discussed ad nauseum by web developers: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15738259/disabling-chrome-autofill

There are various "hacks" that work for a time until a new browser version is released and starts auto filling again. We've implemented some of these hacks in the past but they unfortunately never stick for long.

I would like to see this as well! I have been trying to find a workaround other than what you mentioned. Has there been any updates to this?

I'm afraid that Vrbo does not support this via API. If they did, we would strongly consider adding this feature. It's just not possible.

You should, however, be able to add a video to your listing directly in Vrbo, and the API should not overwrite that.

We have lots of different documents for different needs.

It would be easy if they could be attached and stored in the OR record.

Example: master of the parking pass in case you need to reprint it: tied to property

Copy of the schlage master coded/qr code when you bought the lock: tied to property

copy of management agreement/w9: tied to an owner

Stripe - our payment processor now accepts Klarna and Affirm Pay and OwnerRez doesn't accept those on our website, we would like to see those accepted. 

If you are using Chrome, this appears to be a Chrome feature. Just right click and delete suggestions. 

Date Picker is covered by suggestions. It renders the picker useless.

There should be some way to turn off that behaviour in certain browsers that makes these suggestions pop up.

Make this the case with all premium features. I need to duplicate my property but I since it’s a duplicate I don’t need the second hosted website which I’m being charged for anyway.

It does not work in the new InBox

I would greatly appreciate it if Direct Lock Integration were available for Yale Access (Yale & August Locks). Currently, Hospitable supports this feature along with other key functionalities like AI-assisted chat, which is why we are using two PMS platforms.

Custom fields  would be great! I made my own faq page but not being able to use a few fields made it more cumbersome than it needed to be.

Bumping this topic - I have been asked for a PDF invoice 4 times in the past month and print-to-PDF from the transactions tab looks terribly unprofessional. This seems like it would be a simple offering via OwnerRez. 

Agree - I also would like an AI agent that I can train on my portfolio of properties and their owner manuals. It could then answer most common questions.

Has anybody used AI in their OR business?

There is an integration to GuestLabs but I see nothing but just the initial page.

Offer the option to add the PM option to individual properties and not require all of them be charged.

I realize it's a tiered system of pricing and while I mostly manage my own listings, I currently have 1 (of 12) that I manage for someone else. 
I can't even run a simple report for payouts, etc. for this one unless I upgrade to the PM add on. 
Which I would do if I only had to pay for the one property I need it for. I don't want to pay 4X the cost to only use this for one property. 

Seem like it should be an easy tag that only properties labeled as managed are charged and only those properties have access to the options under the PM Feature.

I might have missed it, but was there a consensus on which might be a better option, Mailchimp or Constant Contact?

Has anyone found a good link explaining the process (or one like it) to integrate either of these to OR using Zapier?

It would be nice if there was an optional hosted canned FAQ page that could incorporate certain account-level custom fields, and maybe have it filled in by the owner in a form question - answer.  Also, that would automatically generate FAQ schema markup https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/faqpage

I agree that the ability for OR to auto tag repeat guests would be a great addition. Any possibility of this?

Likewise, is there something that I'm missing in terms of OR recognizing repeat guests? This rarely seems to happen.

This guest record is identical, not even Daniel vs Dan.

I blocked guest info for privacy, but phone and address were entered identically as well. Everything matches exactly.
