That would be so helpful! When I am looking at it on my phone I have to actually click on the booking because I can't hover on the phone.
Duplicate of another feature request - merging into the other request.

This would be a great feature. Just voted.
Hi there! First and foremost, I love the platform as a whole and find the website integrations to be strong.
When I incorporated the widgets, plugins and shortcodes into our site, my goal was to leverage them as much as possible so that as we make changes in OwnerRez, they dynamically pull into our site vs having to make changes in two places.
In many cases, everything works well, but there are a few improvements that could be made to the widgets, but the one that stuck out the most was the Amenities widget. As we all know, platforms like Airbnb have an overwhelming number of "amenities" they ask about that are relevant as people are searching with filters on the site, but that are not necessarily important for someone that has come to your site directly. In addition, sites like Airbnb group amenities into categories that they feel are relevant on their end, but may not be the right way to display them on an independent website.
When using the widget, I then had a massive list of poorly organized stuff that was not able to be well-stylized for the site. The only way I found to group things as I wanted in a moderately well-stylized manner was to hardcode my amenities into my site manually. See example here for how we handled. A potentially "simple" work around would be to enable users to select via checkbox which amenities they wanted to display in the widget and which to leave off. This way, in theory, we'd be able to pop in multiple amenities widgets on a single page grouped however we want them to be and enable for more customization aesthetically.
Would love to hear if something like this is in the works or if there are other possible workarounds.
Many thanks!
Well, while it is technically possible, at present it is not planned, and it only has 2 votes. I know I've seen folks ask for something like this many times, so if this gets voted up more, we can revisit.
Hi Tarki,
We completely agree, the filter option is super powerful!
We have no plans to stop supporting the old ribbon view, it should remain available at least until the old filter option is added to the new view.

Hello all! Wheelhouse asked that we officially let you know they have begun the integration with OwnerRez! They're working to have it out this summer. Stay tuned here and the OwnerRez Blog for further updates.

I see this is over 3 years ago now. Is it still on the development list or did it slip in somewhere and I missed it?
Yes, we agree... it's on the development list. We have a number of improvements we want to do to the Triggers, and that's one of them.
I would like the ability to add amenities, even if it's just on my OR direct book sites... for example, Coffee Grinder, Expresso Machine, Waffle Maker, Stand Mixer, Outdoor Griddle, Outdoor Pizza Oven... to name a few.
The Daily Checklist Report is valuable, however, it has to be manually ran daily, 365 times a year.
Instead, there should be a function to automatically have the Daily Checklist Report e-mailed to specific recipients at a specified time and day (ie: Send to all team members in operations daily at 8AM).
At this time the only means to leave private feedback is within the review itself, either from the CRM dropdown, or the reviews tab of a booking. Within the automated 5 star review process, there is no additional field or setting for private feedback.

The filter option/function is a really powerful tool and therefore I still use the old version of the ribbon view. Please continue to support the old ribbon view until you add the filter option/function to the new ribbon view!
Is there no way to include the filter option in the new ribbon view?
At present, no, but that is planned to be re-added to the new ribbon view.
I just went ahead and turned this thread into a Feature Request so it can be voted up, starting with you. :-)
Can you paste into a code block the embed code from Vimeo/etc.?
Yes, it is possible for Hosted Websites, https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/video-page.
Is there a way to leave private feedback within the automated review process?
Can you guys add a back button on the screen so we can simply go back one step without having to reopen entire sections?
For example when I am on the bookings calendar view and click into a guests reservation (say 6 months in the future), if I want to go back where I was I have to go to bookings and then scroll forward month by month again until I find that spot. So it takes 7-8 clicks just to get to the details of the next person I wanted to see.
Or in the text message area, same problem, no back button to quickly get to the next message. I have to click crm, then messages then the one I wanted to see next.
I understand that in some cases you can swipe right or left to achieve the back button result. But often times it goes way further back than one step and starts a section over.
Seems like an easy fix that would save a lot of frustration.
You can access that via Properties (from the top menu bar):
+1 for this.
There's a way to import seasonal rates, but I don't see a way to import seasons. Would be a big time saver for those of us that create different seasons every year.
Additionally, it would be GREAT to have the ability to add a set expense to multiple properties at once. For example, add a a/c filter change to a dropdown list in which you can select all properties or deselect some. Manually entering the same expense 100 times is exhausting
WebP a next-gen image format which reduces image sizes. It would be nice if OwnerRez supported it. File sizes are typically smaller and more efficient.
Current blog Masthead images are fairly large in size and only support PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, & ICO formats.
This suggestion was recommended to my site by PageSpeed Insights, which is a tool Google suggests for page performance optimization:

Thanks, that will be a good manual workaround for now.
While there is no way (just yet) to automatically log a recurring monthly expense, you can log an expense to an owner or a property -- not just to a booking. Go to PM > Expenses and there you can add an expense that's assigned to an owner or a property.
I DONT SEE RULES IN MY PROPERTIES, HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THIS FUNCTION?

OwnerRez: I also have matterport tours that I need to link in my listings. Is there a way to do that?
You may want to give us a customizable tab/field so owners can put links or images to floor plans, external virtual tours, etc.
Hi Ventura, this workaround is addressed above. The user has to scroll through all the pictures to get to this. It's also the wrong aspect ratio in some cases.
Floor plans are a very normal thing for guests to view when determining if a vacation rental meets their needs or not. Guests will often come back to the listing to validate floor plan layout needs and quick, easy access makes it easier for them to book.
3rd party alerts is how I do it too.
I have PNGs of my floorplans and have them in my photo gallery. Would that suffice for your needs?
+1 for floor plans
The option suggested above might work for single property hosted sites, but it's not a good method for those of us with multiple property hosted sites. Please correct me if I'm missing something there.
This could be a simple "Floor Plan" tab on the property page, or even easier - just a way to link to a PDF/Image of the floor plan - but we need a way to do this other than making the user scroll through 30-40 pictures to then view it in the wrong aspect ratio.
Please give us something here.
