This means if you receive an SMS, Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com message in OwnerRez, you can respond via Enso Connect or have their AI service respond for you. This new update is scheduled for release in early Q3 of 2024.

Will in-app messaging via Enso also be relayed to OR conversations? Does that mean Templates and Triggers would also run through Enso?

Once the messaging API is released, we will provide more information about how this will work with third-party apps. The messaging API will allow third parties to view any messaging coming into OwnerRez and send messages back via any of the messaging options through OwnerRez. It will be dependent on the third party to determine how message templates are set up/sent on their side. More information to come in early Q3 of 2024!

Their product looks beautiful! I'd love to see how the OR rental agreement flows into their system if anyone is already integrated and cares to share! 

It also looks like currently there's no 2-way-sync of check-in/out times -- which is enough of a drawback to make me need to hold off for now. Any ETA on if/when that may be added to the integration?

Big drawback I see of Enso is their use of biometrics on guest IDs.

Guests have a hard enough time trusting their IDs with just me to have on file, a lot are going to resist this Prison Planet malarky that the young Enso techies are all giddy about.

Hey Michael,

A part of our solution includes an AI unified Inbox. At the moment this inbox works with all channels (Airbnb, SMS, Email, Whatsapp) once a reservation is confirmed. Once we have access to OR's messaging API (that is still being developed) we will also be able to support inquiries. Either-way though, templates and triggers will run through Enso Connect!

You can absolutely flow the rental agreements through our Boarding Pass solution! Let us know if you want to learn more. As for the 2-way check-in/out times, we'll look into this, as it is really helpful when a guest purchases an early check-in/late check-out! Stay tuned :)

You have 3 options for ID collection in Enso Connect...

1. With Biometrics using our partners like Autohost or Superhog. 

2. ID collection through Enso Connect (no biometrics)

3. No ID collection. 

Collecting IDs via email or messaging is a breach of security for your guests - using the Boarding Pass solution increases trust with the guest when it comes to security, as we follow all necessary privacy (GDPR, PIPEDA...) and cyber security rules when collecting this sensitive information. 

We are definitely very giddy about our tech solution 😂 - we'd love to share more with you how you can configure this to meet your own requirements - what makes our solution unique is you can customize and configure it the way you want to meet your unique business needs!

The fact that you think collecting biometrics (that obviously don’t stay siloed) is all fun and games is a huge turn off.
