What we are working on will blow you away! Imagine Rezzy being able to look at your account and tell you specifically, based on your settings, why something is wrong (eg. why a booking has the charges it does). Coming soon!
On this topic - Can anyone share an email template that I can use to generate a "folio" type report for the guest? I'd love something nicely designed that includes details of the stay, the charges, the payments, etc - all together in a single table or email.
Anyone have something like this they're willing to share?

I do believe this would be a very complex feature if we did decide to take it on at some point in the future, but it's a great suggestion. Feel free to write that up as a separate Feature Request and share it with likeminded users!
Do you know if this upgrade will also include the ability to generate generic photo albums that could be applied to multiple listings? i.e. if you have 20 listings all next to a ski resort and wanted to apply a bunk of photos to every single listing that is at the ski area they could be in a folder labeled "Ski Area" photos?
Development is underway! This will include an option to "hide" photos from specific listing channels should you choose to do so, and OwnerRez Hosted Websites will be included in that list.
Once development is complete, it will move into testing. This may take a few more weeks as the project as a whole is a large undertaking. Rest assured, we are as eager as anyone to get this out soon!
This is the best answer ever!!
The specific challenge we have is to automatically query Guests when new bookings arrive for Guest language preference. We are in the Province of Quebec where it is a strong legal requirement to serve our Guests in French. English we handle no problem. When bookings arrive there seems to be no way to tag each Guest with their language preference. We need to send out our automatic channel, SMS and email messages in the language preferred by the Guest.
Ownerrez, of course provides us the ability to set up triggers to send auto messages and emails based on Language Tag content. Thus we can send out French or English messages based on the Language Tag. The challenge is to populate the Language Tag content automatically and immediately when a booking hits the system. That is our challenge!
Given that bookings arrive from multiple sources: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, custom websites, etc., I understand this is a challenge. But short of polling our Guests individually and populating the Language Tag manually, there must be a way to facilitate this process! I am not asking for 100% effectiveness though that would be beautiful!
We are ourselves searching for effective ways to do this short of an entirely manual process. What can you do to help?
If possible, it would also be wonderful to put photos on "hide". Maybe they are seasonal, for instance. This way I don't have to add them back in, but can just hide their place... Even better if I can set dates of when to show which photo. That might be blue sky, but why not!
Is there an timeline for when we should be able to pick and choose photos per channel/website? I’ve had to remove several photos from several different properties because they do not conform to VRBO standards ( which they do, but VRBO can’t seem to figure that out). I’d like to be able to push these out still to website and other channels. TIMELINE?

Can you list how this is done? We were unable to implement it without giving access to other owners properties and they contacted ownerrez and were told it’s not possible

I did reach out to my property manager, they were unable to figure out how to implement it. When they implemented it, it allowed me to have access to all the properties even ones I don’t own, which of course is not acceptable. They said they reached out to ownerrez with no avail.

Your Property Manager has the ability to give anyone they choose access to specific properties to make changes in the Property Manager's account. You can reach out to your Property Manager to discuss their tasks and their openness to doing this for you.
While they can give you full admin access to your property, there really isn't a way at this time for them to give you access to only update pricing in your property.
I would be more than excited for this feature to go into place! Pleeeeeeeaase put a focus on this OwnerRez 🙏
