I emailed Schlage earlier this week as well. But I wish that had been conveyed when I emailed OR support rather than being instructed to write up a Feature Request for it.
If Schlage adds the Arrive to their API I am sure we would gladly add support for it. However, per Schlage's documentation, the Arrive is not currently a supported device in their API.

The Schlage Home API only supports WiFi-enabled devices: Schlage Encode Deadbolt, Encode Plus, and Encode Levers.

This is still needed! I'd like to have check in details sent 20 minutes after booking is confirmed so my lock codes have time to generate. This is specifically an issue for same-day bookings...
This is typically standard for most large applications, where there are numerous opportunities for change among multiple staff members. Especially when dealing with charging credit cards and receiving money. I'm surprised it's not with such a robust and industry-standard application like OwnerRez. This feature needs to be prioritized higher, given our current environment for scams.

Hi! If we have a turnover booking where the check in booked same day we would like OR to automatically adjust the check in time for that guest to be a later time (we would choose 1 hour later but the more malleability the better). This setting could also apply if a guest had requested late checkout and someone else booked for check-in that day, we would like the checkin time for the next guest to automatically move back an hour.
What are our gross payouts per month from all bookings? Taxes can be a different report. Right now seeing our gross payouts each month is difficult.
Have it be in a graph form like what Airbnb has. Shows what’s already been deposited and what is booked to come that month and future months. We want to see it all clearly on one page and not have to run a search or report.
Currently on pages like the property details templated page, you can’t change the order of the widgets on the page. You’re also not able to easily remove items in the template that you don’t want. It would also be nice to be able to edit the template based on the device being used to view. Currently we can do that for the header only, but I want to be able to do that for the actual page content as well- specifically being able to change the widget order. In my case, I want to move the booking/inquiry widget below the property details when a guest goes to the property details page using a phone. Right now I can’t do that and I find it annoying and maybe a turn off for potential guests who want the info before booking.

I would like to see it where we can choose to show the total for pm commission in the total box instead of Owner amounts. This is a perfect solution for co-hosting/booking agents who don't control the owners money but have expenses to add in for reimbursements.

Really want to stick with OR, but also looking into other options as would really like to get on Marriott's site with lots of listings in our area. Please prioritize this!!!
Schlage released their newest wifi keypad lock called Arrive, which has all the benefits of Encode but with physical push-buttons instead of the flat touchscreen. Unfortunately OR limits their Schlage integration only to their older Encode models.
Please add Schlage's newest release, Arrive, to the lock integration. Ideally any new wifi lock they release should be automatically integrated in, otherwise you are forcing clients to use Schlage's older models rather than their latest offering. Seems silly that I was told to make a Feature Request for this, but alas here I am...
Awesome. We dont need it often but when we do it would sure be a time saver. The last time it was 44 individual sms AND channel/email messages to advise of the tsunami. Very time consuming. Better yet a way to tell Rezzy - Notify all inouse guests individually with the following message..."

You can set individual Seasons for Specific Dates, and do individual dates for each season using the existing arrival and departure functionality available. But, I understand how all my suggestions here would still require a lot of extra legwork for you.

I need to be able to only advertise certain listings at certain times. I need it to automatically unlist my listing at certain times and relist it at certain times.

Is there a way to show guests multiple payment options when they check-out (credit card, ACH, Venmo, Zelle, Crypto, etc). Then they can decide how to pay and we can decide if we want to add a surcharge for let's say CCs. I know all of those payment options are available, but only 1 can be set up when they guest is checking out and the others need to be manual.
