Please add Tags to Deposits
This would greatly help during reconciliation where I need to tag a deposit that needs further work. For example Deposits to Quickbooks do not sync when they contain a refund. It would be very help to Tag that Deposit for further review because it needs to be created manually in QuickBooks. This should be considered a priority as it would be a huge time saver and progress on QuickBooks functionality is not currently complete within OR.
Our previous software Streamline had the feature to allow us an account for paying our unit owners each month using our integrated partner Lynnbrook.
I would like the ability to automatically post expenses per property, either through an API integration or the Quickbooks integration. This way, each time an expense hits one of my owner's accounts, the expense would be automatically reflected in OwnerRez.

We do have plans to roll out a user facing audit log, but that is still a goal and not an action item yet.
Feel free to share this request with likeminded users who would find this beneficial as well! Voting allows our Dev and Product teams to determine where the demand is strongest when we consider new features to add to the roadmap. Hi Rick - Adding a discount for an offline payment type is currently a manual process. You can set up a manual discount and apply it to the booking once it has been confirmed.
To place the admin fee at the bottom for a direct booking, you can check the "Place this below tax line items" box, using the instructions found here:

Have you considered a property share format? Owners in the Smokies have this property share smokymountaincabinsbyowner.com. You can see how we set it up on smokymountaincabinsbyowner.com/join. The requirement is that all participants have to be on OwnerRez. The website is hosted on Wix, members contibute $5/property/year to cover hosing fees. Currently, 150 properties participate. This format encourages direct bookings, not dependent on slow ical, and gives travelers immediate availability/price without needing to send an inquiry upfront

We will not be booking directly through our site.
Because this is a simplified listing model—featuring verified homes with iCalendar integrations and links out to existing booking platforms—we’re wondering if you offer a discounted listing price for this type of format, without the need for additional booking tools, payment processing, or messaging services.
We’re aiming to keep the experience clean, fast, and transparent for guests while providing visibility and control for homeowners. If a reduced-rate option is possible, we’d love to discuss how we can collaborate.

Could have used Sms version yesterday, the internet was down in my area and It would have been great to be able send the guests a notification that it was area wide and not an issue I could take care of.
We also get floods here, not often, but does happen, and it would be too time consuming to try to reach everyone individually in an emergency.
Broadcast, email and text would be very beneficial for us.
It probably does refresh eventually, but when you write a reply and it sits on a screen for 5 seconds marked "Queued" -- you tend to force refresh to see if it was sent or not. Auto-refresh doesn't seem to refresh fast enough (for me).

I'm curious though, is it that a new message received in the inbox is not automatically refreshing the view for you? If that's the case, we'd like to investigate that further. I believe it should be auto refreshing. We can have our escalation teams look into this to see what's going on.
