Added you to the list, Jen
Could you add me to the Beta list for PMv2?
Agreed - they flagged one of my units because I have a wooden sign on the wall that says BEACH.
I'd also like to see the Guest notes have a preview and link back to individual reservation notes. It would be nice when a name comes up for any note issues to also pop up in the contact info
That doesn't solve the issue. I will still have to manually import the VRBO commission report each month. What I am looking for is a way to automatically add an expense based on reservation rules. Examples:
For any ORB at ORP, add a $47 Laundry Fee on the date of departure
For any ORB at any ORP with VRBO as the listing source, add a 5% fee as an expense VRBO Commission Fee on the date of arrival
Eddie
Something like the rate checker, but exported to excel as a combined table into a single sheet for import into another service that doesn't support any kind of integration with OR.
Used to be a more detailed "export seasonal rates", but somewhere that disappeared and now the season export doesn't list the dates, which is pretty critical for creating a nightly rates table if you're not doing a pricing engine that generates everything as spot rates. Where did that go??
This has been available for a good while. Closing instead of marking released.

Support for per-night and per-guest fees (including pets) for Airbnb was released on December 18th!

Yes, this was released back on December 18th!
At one point, the online invoice had a button that would expand the Damage Insurance line item to show all the policies purchased.
At some point, it has changed and now that button shows the info in a new window.
Honestly, that doesn't work for us. The pop-up doesn't print properly and actually ends up more like an overlay, obscuring the lines underneath. Or we have to capture it separately.
We need it all on in the invoice so our bookkeeper can apply the costs to the correct reservations in our books.
Sorry to say, but getting a detail of our billing invoice shouldn't be that hard.
How about putting it back the way it was?
Not everyone wants to do an inquiry or booking request so a "Join Mail List" button/widget which gets their name and email, phone optional would be a good way to build our CRM for marketing and having ONE repository database
Currently, we have a 2 day minimum before arrival for all of our guests. We need that window to prepare our properties and we don't take last minute bookings. However, our owners can book themselves on the owner portal and come pretty much anytime. Even the same day, which is nearly impossible during our busy seasons. I'd like to able to have the same 2 day minimum for the owner blocks.

Feature that saves guest credit information for repeat guests
Hello,
I was wondering if adding integration with Roku is something in OwnerRez's plan for the future. We have Roku devices, and we keep them in guest mode all the time. When we come to stay at our property, we have to disable guest mode, which is challenging for some family members. It would be great if guest mode were enabled for each booking and then disabled after the checkout day. Guest mode can be enabled/disabled remotely, so it should be possible to do this.
If something like this is not on the plans or is not of interest (too niche), does anyone have suggestions for workarounds or other ways to automate?
Cheers,
Acacio
I’d love to see a feature in OwnerRez that allows surcharges to be automatically added or removed based on the presence of a discount code. This enhancement would streamline workflows and offer greater flexibility in managing fees, saving time and effort for owners and managers.
Suggested Implementation:
The functionality could be integrated into the existing Conditions section of the Surcharge options. Specifically:
When a discount code is applied that matches the condition, the specified surcharge could either be added or removed automatically.
Potential Use Cases:
This feature could be incredibly useful for a variety of scenarios, such as:
Why This Feature Matters:
Currently, I have to manually adjust fees on bookings after a discount code is applied, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Automating this process would:
This seems like a relatively simple addition that would provide significant flexibility and value for a wide range of use cases. It aligns well with OwnerRez's focus on automation and efficiency.
If you’d find this feature helpful too, please upvote! Thanks for considering this suggestion.
Hi Anna,
Thanks for submitting this request! While we don't have everything you're looking for in one export file, the following can be found in a Booking List View export:
name, contact info, which property they stayed at, booking platform, stay date (start and/or end date), tags
To do this, go to the Bookings tab in the OwnerRez menu bar, then select List on the far right (assuming you're not already in List view):
Once you're on the list view, use the Filter option to tell the system what date ranges to encompass, or whatever other preferred filters you'd like to sort by:
Next, use the Export button to export that file. You can either download to excel using the Export button alone, or us the dropdown arrow to choose your file preference:
What you won't get with that export are reviews / what review they left. You can, however, export your Reviews page.

Hope this helps!
Did this feature ever get released? Not the VRBO commission import but the more general capability.
Hey Edward,
I believe this may be along the lines of what you're looking for - Commission on Fee Expenses:
https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/property-management-commission-fee-expenses
Note that this will be a feature of PMv2, which is in Private Beta at this time and is not yet available to all users.
More info on the PMv2 Upgrade here:
https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/property-management-upgrade
If I've missed the mark here, drop us a note at help@ownerrez.com!
I would like to download one file that contains ALL data you have so I can then eliminate what I don't want.
Ideally I'm looking for at least this data for guests:
name, contact info, which property they stayed at, booking platform, stay date (start and/or end date), tags, if they left a review, what review they left.
This would help me know if I should or should not send them a direct email, and how to customize their message.
Eg, I would exclude anyone who I've tagged as BAD, and anyone who left a review lower than 5 stars.
Right now, it requires multiple steps for me to get this info from the various places, even though it's all in OR!

Currently, when owners log into their calendar to make a reservation for their use, OR creates a blocked-off time on the Orez calendar. We need them to be bookings and not blocks so that they trigger appropriately in Breezeway and PointCentral.
As the OR system is currently, point central will not generate a code, nor will Breezeway create workflow tasks (pre-arrival check, departure cleans, etc.) unless we happen to catch the Owner block and then manually convert it to a booking (which, BTW sends a confirmation with a balance due to the owner – not ideal.)
It would be so much easier if there were a category for Owner Booking, that defaults to 0.00 rent. This would trigger Point Central to generate codes for their arrival, and trigger the necessary workflows in Breezeway. It will also automatically eliminate them from Safely charges. 3 birds…one stone! 😊
Would you please create a category for an owner booking so all of our other systems recognize it as an owner stay?
Hello, despite the fact that no one has voted for this request I would like to suggest it be considered, i.e. ability to modify and/or add discounts by EXPORT existing discounts to EXCEL to modify and IMPORT new discounts.
Thank you
Please add this feature. it would be so helpful to so many. Add Category as a column to the expense side of the PM Statement. Looks like people have been asking for it for 4 years... Seems like it would be a simple column add....
Please add the CATEGORY column to the PM Statement export. This will enable an easy sort of expense types (by category). It's already on the Expense item export so it should be an easy add to the export file.

I would like to be able to export custom fields added to the owner record. We have no place to keep Taxpayer Id for 1099 reporting, and I'd like to be able to keep that in Owner Rez. I can do that, but then I can't export it.
Hi Shawn,
Excited for the next round of development around triggers! Do you have an rough timeframe of when you plan to role those out to OR users? Secondly, is it possible to add one onto your list? Specifically, include Custom Fields as a trigger criterion? Even though all custom fields are just an open text field (so, technically, you never know what a guest will write) I could still automate a lot of my management tasks. In my example, I prompt the guest to reply "yes" or "no" for adding optional pool heat onto their reservation, so 99 times out of 100, I guest just say "yes" or "no". It may also be useful to have a trigger option for "Is empty" if the guest didn't write anything in the custom field. FYI - I did include some suggested custom field enhancements to help resolve some of the ambiguity around custom fields, but those can wait.
