Q2 or Q3 of 2023 is now estimated for 2025 for what seems like a pretty basic function… any update?
I have a red green colour blind husband who is unable to distinguish the colours on the OR calendar.

In the past we have used a crude manual solution to address this issue. Beginning March 1 each year, we block off the following winter and relax our cancellation policy so people can book the off-season. Then July 1 we open up the winter and change the policy back to being more rigid. This only works because we have big houses that sleep lots of people so booking lead time is consistently long-range. This approach has obvious shortcomings, but it's better than having someone cancel a $15k reservation 14 days out in peak ski season when chances of re-booking the dates are near zero. ( Again, our approach would be completely different for a 2BR condo.)

Sorry we never got back to you here. We had a similar request come in that I've merged into yours, and that brought my attention to your questions.
While we would like to do this, there are a number of "gotchas" that have to be thought through first. From a UX standpoint alone, there's a lot to consider.
With the workload our current roadmap presents us with in 2025, I don't see us being able to work this in quite yet. I'm afraid that though we would like to add this in the future, it's just not in the cards right now.
This request will remain open to garner more votes, so feel free to share it with likeminded users who would be willing to give it an upvote!
After posting, I realized the print to PDF function actually works sufficiently for what I need... At least in Chrome. I imagine other browsers may function differently. A formal invoice with my branding/company name would still be great, but I think this will do the trick...
OwnerRez please add this feature!!! Guests frequently ask for a receipt showing payment in full and all OR users would benefit from this simple feature.

Oh and I don't need a receipt of the transaction (I found that). I need a receipt/invoice of the nightly rate and tax breakdown. Something like this:
I'm honestly quite surprised there is no invoice feature here... I get asked for receipts quite often due to folks needing to submit receipts for reimbursement. Any progress on this feature?

We have some plans in the works that should accomplish this for you. Tag automations will apply to new bookings and existing bookings as they change.
We'd like to build out a Batch Update tool for Tag Automations in the future, but the above will get us a step closer in that direction. As a change occurs on an existing booking that was created prior to the Tag Automation, that booking will be updated with a relevant tag at that time.
I would like to make a suggestion to be able to change the color of the highlight of today’s date. The pale yellow is often hard to see. We already have the ability to change the ribbon color of the properties

Hey Scott - We've verified that if a guest leaves a review on the Vrbo platform, when it syncs to OwnerRez, you can respond to that review from OwnerRez and your response will sync back to Vrbo. We'll close this feature request since it is currently working.
this seems to have been implemented now.
These booking notes can be pulled into a whole bunch of programs that integrate with OwnerRez
By having the booking field codes working in the booking notes will help so much. In our case this use will really add the service we provide and personal guest experience.
