Collecting and storing reviews in OwnerRez is very important. Learn why by reading our Reviews Overview article. Then learn how to store your reviews in OwnerRez.
Once your reviews are stored, you'll want to know how to access and use them.
Find, Search and Filter Reviews
To get started, navigate to the Quality Center > Reviews tab > Guest Reviews tab, which opens a full-page grid showing all your Guest Reviews in OwnerRez.
Over time, as you store more and more reviews, this grid will obviously grow. You may want to find a specific set of reviews, such as:
- Reviews that were critical (3 stars or less)
- Reviews that were really nasty (1 star)
- Reviews that mentioned certain keywords (e.g., someone complaining about the hot tub?)
- Reviews from a particular listing site or for a particular property
...and many other types of searches. We make that easy by exposing a variety of filters in the grid.
At the top left of the Guest Reviews grid, click the Filter button.
This will open a set of fields where you select exactly what you're looking for. As an example, let's suppose that you want to find all reviews that:
- Were written in the month of May 2024
- Posted on Airbnb
- Were less than 5 stars
Enter that criteria in the filter fields, click Apply to see the results.
You can then read those reviews or export them to Excel to use elsewhere. If the reviews are associated with bookings, click through to the booking to learn more about the booking or contact the guest directly.
Export Reviews
At the top left of the Guest Reviews grid, click the Export button, then select the file format you want to download.
