Channel Integrations Overview

OwnerRez's Channel Management key feature is channel integrations, enabling OwnerRez to connect with partners like Vrbo and Airbnb. This enables the real-time transmission of property information, rates, rules, and availability, with channels sending back booking and guest data as it occurs.

Each channel integration has different requirements, restrictions, and supported field sets, with significant overlap between them. Even if they support the same setting, there are differences in what the setting means or how it limits your use.
