Steps for integration:

1. Sign Up: Trustd.ai support will send you a secure link and one-time Invitation Code. Click the link, verify your details, click Sign Up, and confirm your email.2. Linking OwnerRez with trustd.ai: Verifying your email will open your account on trustd.ai and will trigger the connection to OwnerRez. Click “Authorize Trustd” in the following dialog box.

3. In just a few seconds, trustd.ai will be connected to OwnerRez. Once the "Connection Success" dialog box appears (below), you will be automatically redirected to the Trustd.ai Host Portal, the central platform for managing your guest screening operations and account settings.

4. Customize Your Screening Level: Follow the steps in the Trustd.ai Host Portal to tailor your screening process, such as enabling or disabling guest ID verification and adjusting email settings. You can always update your preferences later in the portal's "Account" section. At this stage, you are ready to screen your guests.

Secure Link to Guest Form on Your OwnerRez Dashboard: Accessing the Secure Link to the Guest Form on Your OwnerRez Dashboard: On your OwnerRez dashboard, navigate to Guest Record > Custom Fields to view all relevant information conveniently compiled in this section. Following a confirmed booking or the generation of an inquiry, quote, or booking in OwnerRez, a secure link to a pre-populated Guest Form is automatically created, as illustrated in the screenshot below. You are required to send this guest form to your guest so they can provide their date of birth. Once the guest completes the form, ID Verification (if enabled) and guest screening are performed, and the results are updated in the same area under Guest Record > Custom Fields.

Setting up Templates and triggers: Each Property Manager may configure their OwnerRez templates and triggers differently, depending on their preferred automation flow. Setting up triggers: Once you set up the OwnerRez Template, you can configure triggers according to your process. In OwnerRez, go to Settings → Triggers → Create Trigger. Make sure to select the Guest Form in the “Action” section of the Trigger.

8. At this point, you are all set. When a new booking is confirmed on OwnerRez, Trustd.ai will run guest screening after the guest signs the form, and the result will be registered in the TAG field, as shown below. The “Link to the Report” will be recorded in the Custom Field. Simply copy and paste the link into your browser to access the full report.

9. The above steps are a one-time setup. Trustd.ai will automatically handle guest screening for all future reservations.
