Updating rates is time-consuming, especially for many or complex properties. Our Batch Copy Rates tool simplifies this by quickly copying rates—including seasonal, spot, and minimum night rules—from one property to others.
To batch copy rates, navigate to Nightly Rates (Settings > Pricing > Nightly Rates, or Tools > Rate Calendar) and click on the Batch Copy Rates button.
Below, we will batch copy rates from the Beach Barn (Source) property to our Paradise Point, Poppy's Hideaway, and Sunridge Retreat (Destination) properties.
After users select the Source and Destination property/properties, they can choose which rates to copy and how to apply them.
- What do you want to copy? Users can choose to select either or both Seasonal Rates and Spot Rates. Rates copied will only apply to future rates. Historical rates won't be copied.
- Other Destination Rates Users can choose either to Remove (overwrite) or Leave alone future rates that are NOT in the Source Property.
After you click Copy, if the Batch Copy process succeeds, a green banner will appear at the bottom of the page with a link to View updated properties.
