OwnerRez's in-app navigation and search filters continue to improve consistently. To stay abreast of any new navigation changes, be sure to check this support article and the New Design 2024 support article for in-app design changes. While this support article is not complete, it does cover some helpful navigational tools, and it will be added to over time.
Dropdown Lists with Search Filters
Navigating through an extensive array of options in a dropdown list to find the proper selection can be challenging, particularly when certain choices closely resemble each other. When a dropdown list has more than 10+ items, a search filter is automatically added.
The Create Trigger Event single-select (radio button) dropdown list is just one example.
Filter by property on the Channels Integration grid by clicking the Filter button, and the filter pop-up appears.
If users have 10 tags or more configured, the multi-select (checkbox) dropdown list search filter will be visible.
Template Filter Body Search
Searching for templates containing specific language located within the body of your email, channel, or SMS templates allows users to search within the body of all email, channel, or SMS templates.
Navigate to Settings > Messaging > Templates > Filter > add your search terms in the Body field > Search.
This makes finding the template(s) you need to update much easier!
Property Multi-Select Tool
This Property Multi-Select Tool allows users of multiple properties to quickly and efficiently select their desired properties by adding the first few letters of a property or owner. Note that the dropdown box displays the number of properties selected; in the case below, there are 11 properties.
The Property Multi-Select Tool filter text box only appears if there are more than ten options on multi-select boxes (or 15 on single-select boxes).
This Property Multi-Select Tool is available in-app in the following areas: Agreements, Bookings, Deposits, Holidays, Imports, Payment Methods, Property Management, Settings, Spot Rates, Taxes, Triggers and more.
