Revy

Revy logo

Revy is a revenue management service purpose-built for short-term rental operators. Our expert team and data-driven tools help maximize your income by optimizing nightly rates across all seasons, channels, and booking trends. Whether you manage a single Airbnb or an entire portfolio, Revy brings professional-grade pricing and yield strategies to your business — without the overhead of a full-time hire.

We provide daily rate adjustments, tailored revenue strategies, and reporting insights, all designed to boost your bottom line while saving you time.

What does the Revy integration do?

The Revy + OwnerRez integration enables us to pull your property, booking, and user data securely into our system. This allows us to optimize your pricing strategy based on real-time availability, performance trends, and demand signals.

Revy does not push pricing updates directly into OwnerRez — instead, we provide ongoing rate strategy recommendations and pricing updates through supported dynamic pricing platforms.

How the Sync Works

  • Initial Sync: A one-time sync is performed when you authorize your OwnerRez account. This pulls in your active property, booking, and account data into our secure Revy database.
  • On-Demand Syncs: We do not currently use webhooks. Instead, we will manually sync on-demand whenever fresh data is required (e.g., to recalculate pricing recommendations or run a performance report).
  • Secure Storage: All data is stored in a secure, privately-hosted environment, and used solely for revenue management purposes. We do not share your data with third parties.

Steps for Integration

1. Before activating this integration, we first need to have a call to learn more about your business and see if we’re a good fit for you. Please reach out to us and we would be happy to organize a meeting.

2. User Authorization: The OwnerRez user initiates the connection by clicking a link on this page on the Revy website to begin the OAuth2 authorization process.User Authorization: The OwnerRez user initiates the connection by clicking a link on this page on the Revy website to begin the OAuth2 authorization process.

4. Token Exchange: Once authorized, OwnerRez sends an authorization code back to Revy, which is exchanged for a secure access token. This token is stored and used for future authenticated API calls. You will then see a screen asking you to authorize Revy. • Active properties and their details
  • All current and future bookings and their details
