Form Messages Overview

Online booking forms collect information digitally, simplifying short-term rental bookings and streamlining the booking process for hosts and guests alike. They enable efficient data collection, booking, reviews, and more, simplifying processes for vacation rental businesses and guests.

OwnerRez Form Messages, or Guest Forms, are online guest-facing forms that guests view and complete as part of their booking.

Those Form Messages include Booking Fixup, Legal Agreements, New Card, Booking Payment, Booking Review, Booking Security Deposit, Booking Travel Insurance, Checkout Custom Fields, and Quote Acceptance.

While OwnerRez Form Messages are somewhat fixed, users can edit the text within the blue box sections of the Form Messages by navigating to Settings > Branding & Legal > Form Messages > and selecting the Form Message they want to edit.

Users can add their Logo or other info/graphic to the Header or Footer on Forms by going to Settings > Branding & Legal > Theming > Select a Theme to edit. On the next screen, scroll down to the Forms section and use the Change button to update the Header and/or Footer as needed.
