Steps for integration:
1. Go to https://www.conduit.ai/ and click Sign In.
2. Once logged in, go to the Settings page and click -> Connect PMS.
3. Select OwnerRez.
4. Authorize the Conduit integration.
5. You'll be redirected back to Conduit, where you should click Import to import your listings.
6. After you have imported your listings, you'll see the confirmation of your Conduit integration.
