Per-Channel Rate Adjustments

Once you have a channel integration connected, your rates will be sent to that channel automatically. By default, your standard rates will be used, but you can increase or decrease the percentage of rent, or both rent and surcharges, on a per-channel basis using the Rate Adjustment configuration in the settings for each channel.

Users should be aware that some listing channels, such as Airbnb, occasionally sync the previous nightly rate to ensure that adjusted nightly rates are complete, due to time zone conversions or other quirks.

You can also follow the instructions in the Rate Adjustment Fee support article and add the Condition of Listing Site is > One Of > the specific listing channel, such as Airbnb or Vrbo.

Configure a per-channel rate adjustment by navigating to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > the specific Channel, and clicking the Change button.

In the Rate Adjustment section, you can increase or decrease the percentage of rent, or both rent and surcharges, by selecting the appropriate radio button. In the Rate Adjustment section, you can increase or decrease the percentage of rent, or both rent and surcharges, by selecting the appropriate radio button.

If you want a more granular setting, such as per property, rather than an adjustment that applies to all properties for a channel, follow the instructions in the Rate Adjustment Fee support article and add the Condition of Property is > One Of > and select which properties to apply the rate adjustment to.

Depending on what the channel supports, this will be included in the nightly rate or displayed as a separate fee on the listing channel.
