WelcomeScreen is a guest experience layer that sits on top of OwnerRez. Once a host connects their account, every reservation flows straight into the guest's in-room experience. The TV greets the guest by name on arrival, shows check-in and check-out times, the wifi password, house rules, weather and the host's own local recommendations. The same content follows the guest to their phone through the Welcome Guidebook, and AI guest messaging answers routine questions before the host ever sees them.
There is no hardware to buy and no app for the guest to download. WelcomeScreen runs on the streaming devices hosts already have, and the guidebook opens in any mobile browser. Hosts manage every property from one dashboard, and changes push to all listings at once.

Steps for Integration

Sign up for a WelcomeScreen account. If you have already registered, log in to your account.
After signing up/logging in, you will be asked to Set up your account. You will have two options. One as “Sync Property Management System” and the other one as “Add properties manually”. Click on “Sync Property Management System.”
Next, log in to your OwnerRez account in a new tab. Update the settings in your OwnerRez account by navigating to Settings > My Website > WordPress Plugin > click on Turn on WordPress Plugin.
Click on Yes, Turn On to confirm that you are turning on the WordPress Plugin + Integrated Websites premium feature in OwnerRez and create your WordPress Connection. Click Save.
After saving your WordPress Connection, return to WelcomeScreen, click on “ Sync Properties” and then select OwnerRez from the PMS list.
After selecting OwnerRez, you will see a screen like the one below. Click on "Continue."
You will be asked to log in to OwnerRez. After successfully logging in, you’ll be prompted to authorize WelcomeScreen to connect with your OwnerRez account. Simply click on the Authorize WelcomeScreen button. This action grants the WelcomeScreen app access to your OwnerRez account so that the two systems can sync with one another.
Once the connection is established, you’ll be redirected to the WelcomeScreen app, where you can efficiently manage your properties through OwnerRez PMS.
