OwnerRez has partnered with Monthly Rentals by Owner & American Snowbird to provide an integrated API connection between the two systems. This allows OwnerRez users to handle their listings and bookings from Monthly Rentals by Owner & American Snowbird efficiently. The company meets the needs of a growing market of vacationers seeking mid-term and longer-term rentals and Snowbird rentals. Our goal is to facilitate unforgettable vacation experiences for renters while providing property managers the tools they need to succeed in the vacation rental market.

What is synchronized?

Our integration pushes listing content, rates, and availability, to Monthly Rentals by Owner & American Snowbird. Monthly Rentals by Owner & American Snowbird will send send an inquiry filled out with data into OwnerRez


To get the integration process started:

  1. Inside OwnerRez, go to Settings > API Integrations > Connect a Channel, then select Connect Monthly Rentals by Owner & American Snowbird.
  2. Make sure to configure the channel settings and save.
  3. Once you save, find your Account ID on the Instructions tab. Go to the following page and create an account: https://monthlyrentalsbyowner.com/user/owner-rez
