Steps for integration
New Accounts
If you're new to Noshable, click this link to our onboarding page, create an account, and follow the on-screen prompts.
Company Info
The first page asks for your company info. This is contact information we will use if there are any issues with delivering an order, like incorrect security codes or trouble accessing the property.
Fulfillment Method
Select one of two fulfillment methods:
- Noshable-Partner Fulfilled
- Noshable handles all aspects of order fulfillment.
- No need to add fulfillment staff.
- Add only property managers to oversee the portal.
- Self Fulfilled
- Your team is responsible for day of pickup from the grocer and delivering to the property.
- Add Fulfillment Specialists to complete orders in the app.
- Staff can view, assign, and fulfill orders as needed.
- Noshable is still responsible for preparing the order for pickup.
PMS Integrations
Choose your PMS, which in this case will be OwnerRez!
After this, you should be routed back to the onboarding step 3 of 3. If you run into any issues and arrive at a screen you don’t recognize, feel free to reach out to Noshable support at support@shopnoshable.com.
Importing and Marketing
Press import and copy your link! This special link is unique to your property company and can only be used since you’ve connected with OwnerRez.

To break this down, you’ve got https://app.shopnoshable.com/#/r to tell Noshable that we should attempt to look up the arriving user’s reservation. 1745956752802 is an example property company ID, and {BIDRAW} will be replaced by OwnerRez’s.
⚠️ This won’t work on any other marketing tools. This must come straight from OwnerRez’s templates. If you want to advertise on any other upsell tool, you must provide the generic link.

Setting up Your Properties
ℹ️ Highly requested feature is to auto-enable properties! You’ll see that soon in the coming weeks.
Be sure to head over to the Properties Tab to enable your properties. You must select a grocery store. Why? You know your location best. Certain locations may be geographically closer, but are across a bridge often with heavy traffic, or that corner store always has terrible produce. To service your guest best, choose a preferred grocery store.
All done! Now you can start marketing Noshable!
Existing Accounts
1. Log into your Noshable account and navigate to the Management Panel from the account dropdown menu on the top right of the homescreen.
2. Click the "Companies" tab to view the company you created during signup. Click the expand button on the company to see its details.
3. Scroll down to find your PMS system.
4. When you click on OwnerRez, you'll be redirected to their site where you can authorize the connection between Noshable and your OwnerRez API.
5. Once authorized, you can import all your properties with a single click and market your service with just one link!
6. Verify that the connection is successful, then import your properties with one click.
7. Follow the instructions in the Importing and Marketing section.
8. Follow the instructions in the Setting up Your Properties section.
All done! Now you can start marketing Noshable!
