OwnerRez's Confirm & Pay form lets guests book directly on your hosted website. What is the guest experience during the booking process? In this support article, we will walk through the guest booking process.
Booking Link
Depending on how they arrive at the Confirm & Pay guest form —whether through the Public Booking Link or your hosted website's Book Now form —potential guests will be presented with the Confirm & Pay guest form booking experience.
Confirm & Pay
When guests complete the "Book Now" form on your hosted website, they are immediately directed to the Confirm & Pay form.
Guests can expand each section (e.g., Contact Information, Other Information, Travel Insurance) by clicking the + sign to make their choices or enter their information, then save.
Add-Ons
If you offer Add-on Services, they appear as the first section on the Confirm & Pay form. When saved or declined, the following section automatically opens.
Contact Information
The Contact Information automatically fills in the details your guest entered into your Book Now form, allowing guests to complete their address, city, and zip code. When saved, the Other Information section automatically opens.
Other Information
The guest adds their initials to the Agreement Initialing field and, if needed, uploads an image of their ID in the Other Information section. When saved, the Travel Insurance section automatically opens.
Travel Insurance
If you offer travel insurance to guests, the Travel Insurance section has all of our regular Travel Insurance form functionality condensed into the Confirm & Pay form.
Offline Surcharges
If enabled, offline surcharges are displayed at the bottom of the Confirm & Pay guest form.
Rental Agreement
Guests add their name to sign your Rental Agreement, and the Payment section automatically opens.
Discount Code
When guests book, the Price details section includes a link to add a discount code by clicking the "Have a discount code?" link, and the Cancellation Policy includes a link to View Details.
When guests click "Have a discount code?", a pop-up appears that lets them enter their code.
The Pricing details will reflect the discount code (10% off rent) dynamically.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can view your cancellation policy by clicking on the View Details link (below Price details) in the Cancellation Policy section.
And a pop-up appears with detailed, user-friendly cancellation information.
Payment
The Payment section lets guests enter their credit card details and click Confirm & Finalize Now.
Confirmation
The Confirm & Pay Confirmation page confirms that your guest has successfully booked your property.
Edit Text
You can edit the text on the Confirm & Pay guest form by navigating to Settings → Branding & Legal → Form Messages → + Create Form Message → Quote Confirm & Pay Step (1) or (2), and edit or add your text.
