ECBYO Setup & Connecting

OwnerRez has partnered with Emerald Coast By Owner (ECBYO) to provide an integrated API connection between the two systems. This allows OwnerRez users to handle their listings and bookings from ECBYO efficiently. Our Channel Management feature is extremely powerful and can significantly simplify your channel advertising. Learn how it works by reading our Channel Management Overview article.

What is synchronized?

Our integration pushes listing content, rates, availability, and rules to ECBYO. ECBYO will send an inquiry filled out with data into OwnerRez.

Setup

To get the integration process started:

  1. Create your ECBYO login here: https://emeraldcoastbyowner.com/owner and purchase your ECBYO listing(s).
  2. Once your account is created and listing(s) are purchased, log in to OwnerRez, go to Settings > API Integrations > Connect a Channel, then select Connect ECBYO API.

      4. Once you save, find your Account ID on the Instructions tab, and complete the following steps.

  • Contact ECBYO by using the Contact Us form that includes both:
    • Your OwnerRez Account ID (shown below)

Adding an Additional Property

ECBYO needs both IDs listed above to complete your setup. Once ECBYO has both your OR IDs and your ECBYO IDs they will be in communication with you through their ticketing process. And their team will work to map your request to the new listings and get your properties live.

Delist

Please contact your ECBYO sales rep to help delist or remove your listing from ECBYO. If you do not have that information, please email us at admin@emeraldcoastbyowner.com and someone will be in touch to help. Once the sales rep has confirmed that you can deactivate, you can do so in OwnerRez.
