Action Needed: Update Your Plug’n Pay Settings for Continued Compatibility

We’re reaching out with an important reminder for users currently processing payments through Plug’n Pay.
To ensure uninterrupted service and continued compatibility with the OwnerRez platform, please log into your Plug’n Pay merchant account and confirm that the following two settings are configured correctly:
1. Enable Remote API Access
- Navigate to: Admin > Security Administration > Transaction Security Configuration.
- Under Security Requirements/Disable Payment Interfaces, make sure “Disallow Remote API” is unchecked.
This setting is required for OwnerRez to connect properly to your Plug’n Pay gateway.
2. Disable ‘Require Match’ Setting
- Navigate to: Admin > Administrative Functions
- Make sure the “Require Match” checkbox is unchecked.
This helps prevent unnecessary declines due to IP validation conflicts.
If either of these settings are not properly configured, you may experience issues processing payments through Plug’n Pay.
