Rezzy AI Overview

OwnerRez's Rezzy AI Beta can utilize your property details, reference your cancellation policies, review guest message history for context, check live availability, and draft responses to your guests while maintaining a friendly tone. Rezzy is designed to be the one and only AI tool you need for messaging within OwnerRez. 

Rezzy reads guest messages within the Unified Inbox (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, SMS), detects requests, and creates tasks automatically. It analyzes every guest message for actionable items — like special requests, issues, or needs—and automatically turns them into trackable tasks. You can also create personalized Property FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) to address your guests' most common questions. Using Rezzy AI saves you time while ensuring accurate and consistent guest communication. Rezzy can continue answering questions, including internet and Wi-Fi details, and check-out tasks even after guests arrive.

Request Access to Rezzy AI Beta

To request access to OwnerRez's Rezzy AI Private Beta, navigate to either Rezzy AI on the left navigation menu or Settings > Messaging > Rezzy AI and click the Request Access button.To enable OwnerRez's Rezzy AI premium feature, navigate to Settings > Messaging > Rezzy AI and click the Request Access button.

You will then see this message: Your request to access Rezzy AI was sent... You will receive an email once your access to Rezzy AI is approved.
You'll then receive the following message: Your request to access Rezzy AI was sent. You will receive an email once you're accepted.

Using Rezzy AI

Rezzy reviews each incoming guest message to suggest responses and identifies and creates tasks you need to handle.

Unified Inbox

Rezzy is in "suggest mode" in the Unified Inbox by default. Click on the Rezzy button to ask Rezzy AI to generate a draft response to your guest's message by clicking the Rezzy AI icon.

Drafts

Rezzy AI can also be used to create Drafts to send at a later time. Just set Rezzy up to create Drafts for review.

Then, when a message comes in, Rezzy will save its response as a draft that you can send manually. You can choose to edit it first before sending it or delete it if you contact the guest using another method.

When Rezzy AI is enabled on your account, the Tasks menu item on the left navigation also becomes available. Rezzy doesn’t just reply to guests; Rezzy helps manage your workflow. You’ll find a brand-new Tasks area where Rezzy logs to-dos from guest messages. You remain in control. As Tasks are created and completed, you can check the left checkbox and Mark Complete or Ignored to change the Task Status. Add Tasks Manually

Create a task manually by clicking + New Task. Enter the Task Category, Description, Status, Property, Booking, whether this task is a Priority, attach any files if necessary, and Save.Create a task by clicking + New Task.

Rezzy AI can also generate tasks from Unified Inbox guest conversations. Property FAQs

Repeating the same questions can be quite time-consuming, but creating a useful Property FAQ for these common inquiries can save you a lot of time in the long run. Personalized Property FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) can be set up for each property to address common questions from guests.

There is no limit to the number of FAQs you can add for Rezzy to access for your guests' questions. Settings

Instruct Rezzy on your desired tone and policies and establish boundaries for responses by configuring your Rezzy AI settings.

Disable Rezzy AI

There are a couple of ways to Disable Rezzy AI. You can toggle the Enabled button off directly in Rezzy AI.

Following Rezzy AI's public release, when it becomes a premium feature, you can disable OwnerRez's Rezzy AI by navigating to your account billing area and following the instructions in the Turn Off Premium Features section of the Cost & Fees support article.

Common Issues & Questions

What if Rezzy says the wrong thing?

You stay in control. You can review messages and set clear rules about what Rezzy can say. Also, during the private beta period, Rezzy will be in "Draft Mode" which means each automatic reply is created as a draft that you have to review and approve before it is sent. Good AI is not "built", it's trained, and we've spent a lot of time training Rezzy to find the correct information from the existing bookings and properties in OwnerRez.

After the private beta is over, will I be able to control when automatic replies are sent?

Yes, there will be a mode you can set and that mode will have scheduling options so that you can customize certain hours/days of the week when it is answering. And outside of that time, you will still be able to generate suggested answers or have drafts generated for your review.

Does Rezzy work with Airbnb, Vrbo, and other channels?

Yes, Rezzy is a core part of OwnerRez and built directly into our app. It is a core part of the inbox and our messaging system, and it will analyze/answer any type of message that comes in, no matter the source.

What does Rezzy cost?

Rezzy is free to use right now while we're in private beta mode. Before the public release, we will announce the pricing model. It will be similar to our other premium features.

What if I already use another messaging or AI host?

Rezzy is designed to be the one and only AI tool you need for the messaging within OwnerRez. It analyzes every message that comes through OwnerRez, regardless of source. As such, it is not designed to watch or notice what other AI tools say in response to your messages. If you are running other AI tools, you must pause those to try out Rezzy. Otherwise, you run the risk of both Rezzy and the other AI tool responding simultaneously.

Can Rezzy create tasks?

Can I edit or remove tasks created by Rezzy?

Yes. You’re always in control. Tasks can be accepted, edited, reassigned, or deleted. In fact, we've built an entire Task menu that will show you tasks and let you mark them as complete, ignore them, or write notes and attachments. Soon, you'll be able to assign them to members of your staff as well.

Do Tasks replace my cleaner/maintenance scheduling?

Not entirely — but it adds a powerful layer by catching what your schedule might miss, like surprise requests or last-minute problems. You can certainly use it (manually) to create cleaning or maintenance tasks on your own.

Can I assign tasks to other staff members?

Not yet, but soon. That's a very important update that we are already actively working on. Rezzy will be able to assign tasks to certain team members as well based on its knowledge of who does what on your staff.
