Steps for Integration

1. Log in to your Authenticate Portal.

2. Navigate to the Integrations section in the left-hand menu, select OwnerRez, and then click Connect to OwnerRez from the OwnerRez integration page.

3. An authorization window will appear. Click the Authorize Authenticate button.

4. Upon successful authorization:

• Your OwnerRez Properties will be imported into a Brand on Authenticate.
• You can configure workflows, set pass criteria, or create new brands to assign different workflows per property.

5. When a new booking is created in OwnerRez, a user and verification link will be automatically generated in Authenticate based on the associated brand’s workflow.

6. The user profile and verification link will be added to the booking in OwnerRez and can be viewed in Custom Fields. For more information about custom fields, watch our Field Codes Walk-through video.

7. You can add the Authenticate custom field for the verification link to OwnerRez templates and triggers to automatically send it to guests at any point during the booking process.

8. Once the guest completes identity verification through the verification link, the custom fields in the corresponding OwnerRez booking will be automatically updated with the verification results.
