Rezzy AI Beta automatically reads your incoming and current guest messages, suggests intelligent responses, and flags important tasks, so you stay one step ahead without lifting a finger. Rezzy AI is designed to be the one and only AI tool you need for messaging within OwnerRez.
Rezzy reads guest messages within the Unified Inbox (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, SMS), detects requests, and creates tasks automatically. It analyzes every guest message for actionable items — like special requests, issues, or needs—and automatically turns them into trackable tasks. You can also create personalized Property FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for Rezzy to address your guests' most common questions. Using Rezzy AI saves you time while ensuring accurate and consistent guest communication. Rezzy can continue answering questions, including internet and Wi-Fi details, and check-out tasks even after guests arrive.

Request Access to Rezzy AI Beta
To request access to OwnerRez's Rezzy AI Private Beta, navigate to either Rezzy AI on the left navigation menu or Settings > Messaging > Rezzy AI and click the Request Access button.
You will then see this message: Your request to access Rezzy AI was sent... You will receive an email once your access to Rezzy AI is approved.
Settings
Instruct Rezzy on your desired tone and policies and establish boundaries for responses by configuring your Rezzy AI settings.
To change Rezzy's Messaging Mode (such as Suggest Manually or Create Draft) or Conversation Tone, open your Rezzy AI settings by clicking the pencil icon in the upper right to make adjustments.
Your Rezzy Settings allow you to change the Messaging Mode, Escalation Behavior, Conversation Ending, and Conversation Tone.
Conversation Tone
You can customize Rezzy AI's conversation tone and signature so replies match your personal style. Rezzy AI is already trained to be helpful and friendly. Still, you may want to provide more guidance to Rezzy by adding additional instructions for message suggestions in the Conversation Tone field.
Sandbox
While we've spent a lot of time training Rezzy AI to find the correct information from your existing bookings and properties in OwnerRez, we recommend you continue training Rezzy yourself.
Play with Rezzy in the Sandbox to experiment with questions and improve responses by clicking the Sandbox tab.
Log
Rezzy AI logs all Message Suggestions from the Sandbox and Unified Inbox.
Disable Rezzy AI
There are a couple of ways to Disable Rezzy AI. You can toggle the Enabled button off directly in Rezzy AI.
And click Disable Rezzy.
Following Rezzy AI's public release, when it becomes a premium feature, you can disable OwnerRez's Rezzy AI by navigating to your account billing area and following the instructions in the Turn Off Premium Features section of the Cost & Fees support article.
