Rezzy AI Guest Communication

Using OwnerRez's Rezzy AI saves you time while ensuring accurate and consistent communication with guests. Rezzy automatically reads every guest message within the Unified Inbox (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, SMS). By default, Rezzy responds to guests in English, but if configured to do so, she can respond in the guest's language if they use a different language.

Rezzy can continue creating tasks and answering questions, including internet and Wi-Fi details and check-out to-do lists, before, mid-stay, and even after guests arrive. If you haven't already done so, read our Rezzy AI Overview support article.

Unified Inbox

Rezzy is in the Suggest Manually mode in the Unified Inbox by default. Click on the Rezzy icon to ask Rezzy AI to generate a suggested manual or draft response to your guest's message.
In the Unified Inbox, you can ask Rezzy AI to generate a response to your guest's message by clicking on the Rezzy AI icon.

Messaging Mode

By default, Rezzy AI is set to Suggest Manually, allowing you to decide when, or if, you want Rezzy AI to create a message suggestion. Still, the Create Draft mode allows you to edit, delete, or send Rezzy AI's suggested message. For more information, see the Messaging Mode section of the Rezzy AI Setup & Configure support article.

Feedback

You can provide feedback for Rezzy's draft by hovering over a Unified Inbox draft and clicking on the thumbs up or down.You can provide feedback for Rezzy's draft by hovering over a Unified Inbox draft and clicking on the thumbs up or down.

On mobile, touch the Rezzy icon to provide feedback and click on the thumbs up or down.
