OwnerRez's Rezzy AI (Beta) can utilize your property details, reference your cancellation policies, review guest message history for context, check live availability, and draft responses to your guests while maintaining a friendly tone. Rezzy is designed to be the only AI tool you need for messaging, and it is all within OwnerRez.
Rezzy automatically reads every guest message within the Unified Inbox (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, SMS). By default, Rezzy responds to guests in English, but if configured to do so, she can respond in the guest's language if they use a different language.
Using Rezzy AI saves you time while ensuring accurate and consistent guest communication. Rezzy can continue creating tasks and answering questions, including internet and Wi-Fi details and check-out to-do lists, before, mid-stay, and even after guests arrive. Unified Inbox
Rezzy is in the "Create Draft" mode in the Unified Inbox by default. Click on the Rezzy icon to ask Rezzy AI to generate a suggested response to your guest's message by clicking the Rezzy AI icon.
Drafts
By default, Rezzy AI is set to Create Draft mode, which allows you to edit, delete, or send Rezzy AI's suggested message. For more information, see the Messaging Mode section of the Rezzy AI Setup & Configure support article.
But you can easily turn off Rezzy's Draft mode by selecting Suggest Manually, allowing you to decide when you want Rezzy AI to create a message suggestion.
Then, when a message comes in, Rezzy will save its response as a draft that you can send manually. You can edit it before sending it, or delete it if you contact the guest using another method.
The Rezzy AI Unified Inbox Draft experience on mobile devices contains a kebab or vertical ellipsis menu, allowing users to Send, Edit, or Delete the draft and send Rezzy AI feedback.
Rezzy AI identifies when you modify message drafts, and the message sent will display with the account owner's initials instead of the Rezzy icon, making it clear when messages have been edited.
Feedback
You can provide feedback for Rezzy's draft by hovering over a Unified Inbox draft and clicking on the thumbs up or down.
On mobile, touch the Rezzy icon to provide feedback and click on the thumbs up or down.
