Ask Rezzy provides free, intelligent search results with detailed summaries that synthesize information from OwnerRez sources, including support articles, guides, and blog posts, and offer direct links for further exploration—completely free for all users. Let's cover a couple of ways you can leverage Rezzy's knowledge of OwnerRez.
Ask Rezzy
Ask Rezzy was always there and free. OwnerRez's Ask Rezzy tool is an in-app popup that remains accessible as users navigate between pages. Just click the in-app Help menu to activate Rezzy and get assistance.
You can also start a new chat, expand the Rezzy window, minimize or close Rezzy directly in her top menu.
When searching Ask Rezzy, not only will search results include detailed "how-to" summaries, but you'll also have the opportunity to continue your chat with Rezzy. Like other online search results, users can provide Rezzy feedback by clicking a thumbs-up or thumbs-down button.
On mobile devices, Ask Rezzy History and New Chat items are available in the kebab menu.
Rezzy Search Summaries
When searching Rezzy from the OwnerRez website and support center, not only will search results include free detailed "how-to" summaries, but you'll also have the opportunity to continue your chat with Rezzy to receive additional information by clicking on Continue chat with Rezzy. Like other online search results, users can provide Rezzy AI feedback by clicking the thumbs up or down.
When logged into OwnerRez and clicking on Continue chat with Rezzy, Rezzy continues the chat with even more information and links to various OwnerRez sources (e.g., support articles, vacation rental guides, blog posts, etc.). You can also start a new chat by clicking on +Start a New Chat or view your Rezzy AI chat history by clicking the chat history icon.
The Rezzy AI Chat History pop-up displays your past Rezzy AI chats.
