Ask Rezzy
You can Ask Rezzy by navigating to the in-app Help menu.
When searching Ask Rezzy, not only will search results include detailed "how-to" summaries, but you'll also have the opportunity to continue your chat with Rezzy. Like other online search results, users can provide Rezzy feedback by clicking a thumbs-up or thumbs-down button.
Rezzy Search Summaries
When searching Rezzy from the OwnerRez website and support center, not only will search results include detailed "how-to" summaries, but you'll also have the opportunity to continue your chat with Rezzy to receive additional information by clicking on Continue chat with Rezzy. Like other online search results, users can provide Rezzy AI feedback by clicking the thumbs up or down.
When logged into OwnerRez and clicking on Continue chat with Rezzy, Rezzy continues the chat with even more information and links to various OwnerRez sources (e.g., support articles, vacation rental guides, blog posts, etc.). You can also start a new chat by clicking on +Start a New Chat or view your Rezzy AI chat history by clicking the chat history icon.
