When you connect your OwnerRez account with Inhaven, you can enable one or both of the following integrations, depending on your needs:
Inhaven Integrations
Inhaven B2B for Procurement and Inventory Management
Integrating with Inhaven’s B2B platform enables property managers to streamline purchasing, inventory control, owner quoting, and invoicing. Through the OwnerRez integration, Inhaven can:
- List all properties associated with your OwnerRez account
- Retrieve property details (such as name and location) to support quoting, restocking, and reporting
- Associate purchasing and inventory data with specific properties and warehouse locations
- Map property IDs for use in inventory management and owner billing
- Enable QR-based inventory tracking tied to each individual home
Inhaven Stay: Direct Booking & Distribution Platform
Connecting to Inhaven Stay allows you to distribute your properties on our quality-assured direct booking platform. The integration supports:
- Syncing all properties from your OwnerRez account
- Pulling real-time availability to ensure accurate booking windows
- Accessing listing content, including descriptions, amenities, and photos
- Displaying guest reviews to highlight verified experiences
- Using webhooks to keep listings, availability, and reviews automatically updated
Steps for Integration
1. Log in to Inhaven: Go to inhaven.com and sign in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Integrations: After logging in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
3. Connect OwnerRez: On the Integrations page, locate OwnerRez and click the Connect button.
4. Authorize Access: You will be redirected to the OwnerRez website to authorize Inhaven to access your property information.
- You'll be prompted to log in if you're not logged in to OwnerRez.
- Click Authorize Inhaven to continue.
5. Confirmation: Once the authorization is complete, you'll be redirected back to manage.inhaven.com with a success message.
- If you see an error message instead, please repeat the process.
- When you see the success message, the OwnerRez integration with Inhaven is complete.
