They offset higher maintenance costs while ensuring responsible pet ownership and protecting your property investment. OwnerRez Standard Additional Pet Fees are pre-configured fees applied to all direct bookings, and synced to your channel integration listings (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo).
Pet Fee
Navigate to Settings > Surcharges > + Create Surcharge > Pet Fee.
Enter your Description and Amount per night or stay, and per booking, or Pet.

Airbnb

Vrbo
Vrbo supports pet fees, but they only allow the guest to choose whether they have pets or not — they don't let the guest select the number of pets. If you want to charge per pet, mention that in your house rules (Vrbo limits their Pet Policies to 50 characters maximum) and/or property description, and collect any additional fees after booking.

Booking.com
The OwnerRez Booking.com (BDC) channel integration does not support Pet Fees. However, you can log into your Booking.com Extranet and create a fee that will be applied to bookings as appropriate.
Booking.com allows flagging a listing with a "pets allowed and charges apply" policy disclaimer, but it doesn't let the guest mention having pets during booking. Instead, ask the guest if they're bringing pets during your confirmation message and charge the fee separately if needed.
