AI auto-responses offer immediate 24/7 guest communication, answer common questions when you're unavailable, boost booking rates, improve guest satisfaction, save time on repetitive inquiries, and help you stay competitive in the vacation rental market. You can add Rezzy AI schedules to respond automatically to guests, and additionally, you can specify which properties each schedule applies to.

Schedule
On the Rezzy AI Overview tab > Settings section, you'll see the Default Schedule. You can add additional schedules by clicking the + Add Schedule button.
The Rezzy AI Schedule allows you to create a schedule with options for days of the week or specific dates, date ranges, messaging mode, escalation behavior, conversation-ending methods, and settings for signature, language, and property.
Clearly, there are many options to consider here, but let's assume you know you'll be unavailable on Friday afternoons, and you can set Rezzy to respond to guest questions accordingly.
In the Schedule On dropdown list, select Days of the Week, click on Friday, and add the hours 12:00 pm (noon) to 6:00 pm (6:00 pm). Notice that Rezzy uses Military Time.
Want Rezzy to respond to guests over the weekend automatically? You can do that by creating a weekend schedule.
In the Schedule On dropdown list, select Days of the Week, click on Sunday and Saturday, and check the All Day checkbox.
Here's an example of scheduling Rezzy to respond to questions over the Thanksgiving holiday.
In the Schedule On dropdown list, select Specific Dates, add a Schedule Name, select the Date Ranges, and check the All Day checkbox.
Once saved, all of your schedules will be displayed on the Rezzy AI Overview tab.
Edit or Delete
You can edit or delete a Schedule by clicking on the right kebab icon and selecting Edit or Delete.
Messaging Mode
If you want Rezzy to reply to guests automatically during scheduled times, select Reply Automatically in the Messaging Mode section.
