Tasks Setup & Configure

OwnerRez Tasks enable you to track actionable items, special requests, issues, and needs related to your bookings and properties. You can manually create and manage tasks to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. The Tasks feature helps you stay organized by providing a centralized location to monitor to-dos, guest requests, property maintenance needs, and other action items. Each task can be assigned to team members, assigned a due date, and marked as complete when finished.

For even more automation, consider enabling Rezzy AI. Rezzy examines guest messages for actionable items—such as special requests, issues, or needs—and automatically creates trackable tasks by logging to-dos directly in the Unified Inbox.
