We are reaching out because you currently use Converge (aka. Elavon, aka. Costco) as your payment processor inside of OwnerRez.
Over time, Converge has become an older, increasingly limited platform that has caused ongoing challenges for both our users and our team. As the payments landscape has evolved, Converge has struggled to keep up, resulting in a processor that is slower, more fragile, and more prone to issues than modern alternatives.
While Converge may continue to function, it is no longer a processor we will maintain. When bugs or network issues occur (and they do frequently), we will not commit resources to working on them.
