Rezzy will be completely free for the entire month of February! That makes it easy to turn on and use for an extended period to see how it works and become comfortable. Following that, starting March 1st, Rezzy will be available as a premium add-on for $9 per month per property, in addition to your normal OwnerRez subscription.

When and how to start

You can see Rezzy AI appear as a new menu button on your sidebar in your OwnerRez account. Once you have enabled Rezzy within your account, you’ll have access to:

Pricing

Rezzy will be free throughout February, so you can fully test it with your real guests and properties. Beginning in March, Rezzy will be available as a $9/month/property add-on, similar to other OwnerRez premium features.
