Banned Guests

Banning problematic guests prevents repeat damage, rule violations, and negative experiences while protecting your property, reputation, and future guests from disruptive or destructive behavior. While you cannot ban guests from booking your property on listing channels, such as Airbnb or Booking.com, and Vrbo, you can ban guests from booking on your hosted website.

Banned guests are prevented from inquiring or receiving quotes, and any trigger-based quote creation will not be sent for future direct booking stays.

If a banned guest attempts to book on your hosted website using the same email address and/or phone number, they will receive a booking message explaining why they cannot proceed.
