OwnerRez has partnered with Lake.com to provide a channel integration connection between the two systems, allowing OwnerRez users to handle their listings and bookings from Lake.com easily. Our Channel Management feature is extremely powerful and can greatly simplify your channel advertising. Learn how it works by reading our Channel Management Overview article.
Lake.com acts as the Merchant of Record, so if security deposits are enabled, you must gather the guest's card separately through the booking fixup form.
What is synchronized?
The data that will get synchronized between Lake and OwnerRez includes:
- Guest's first name, last name, profile picture, email address, and phone number
- Property Listing information, such as name, address, and description
- Property photos
- Availability
- Bookings
- Review Rating (an aggregate rating from OwnerRez)
Setup
Navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > + Connect a Channel > Connect Lake.com.
Complete the Payments, Booking Window & Duration, Channel Rules, Rate Adjustment, and Options sections, and Save.

Delist
- Contact Lake.com to delist. When you request that your properties be delisted, ensure you include your Lake.com OwnerRez and/or Lake.com Connection IDs.
- Once their support team has notified you that you can disable this channel, you can do so inside OwnerRez.
