Your Vrbo listings are about to get more visible and more bookable!
We just released full support for Vrbo Promos - a feature that helps your properties stand out in search results and listing pages with eye-catching promotional displays. Listings with promotional pricing typically see higher click-through rates and more bookings on Vrbo.
Here's what your listings can now show:
- Strike-through pricing
- Special badges (eg. "Last Minute", "Early Bird")
- OneKey member discounts
- Mobile discounts
- Inclusion in special Vrbo Ads (eg. Black Friday)

When we say strike-through or badge pricing, you probably already have some idea of what that means, but in case you don't, here's how it looks on Vrbo.

How to Configure Promos
Because you use our direct Vrbo integration to manage your listings, you can click a few buttons in OwnerRez, and have it up and running in Vrbo in no time.
Already have a Last Minute or Early Bird discount configured? If so, you're already ahead of the game! Those discounts will be turned into promotions automatically, so there's nothing for you to do.
(Make sure that your Last Minute or Early Bird discounts are configured as the new "standard" discount type. If you are using old-style custom discounts in OwnerRez, and just naming it "last minute", the promo will not be picked up.)
If you have no discounts configured, no worries - it's very easy to do using the Settings > Discounts area. Read about Standard Discounts, and then create a Last Minute or Early Bird discount for one or more of your properties.
Want to be included in special Vrbo ads or deals? Vrbo sometimes runs special ads for things like Black Friday or Christmas (Black Friday is going on now). To be a part of that, just have a Last Minute discount in place, and you'll automatically be picked up!What about Mobile and OneKey discounts?
These are additional discount types you can now offer to specific traveler segments. Mobile discounts target travelers using their smartphones to book. OneKey targets Expedia's rewards network, so that travelers can stay within the loyalty program they already use.

Head over to Settings > Discounts to review your current discounts, add new ones, or explore the new "Mobile" and "OneKey" options.
