Owner Statement Summary

The Owner Statement Summary is a summary report that contains owner income and expense totals based on your remittances. The Owner Statement Summary report displays total income and expenses, grouped by category, based on owner remittances during a period of time. Resembling a classic Profit and Loss (P&L) type of layout, it summarizes the owners' revenues, expenses, and net profit or loss over a specific period, making it useful for end-of-year reporting.

Configure

To get started, navigate to PM > Reports > Owner Statement Summary. You can select the following on the PM Owner Statement Summary page.

  • Owners
  • Statement Date time frame
  • What columns you want included
  • What Expenses you want displayed as "Other"
