OwnerRez Advanced Discount Types discounts that are manually applied to quotes and bookings. Configuring a Host Applied discount, such as a military, teacher, or returning guest discount, manually applied by you when creating a quote, or after the initial booking but before the guests' arrival, allows you to verify eligibility first, control pricing flexibility, reward loyal guests, incentivize direct bookings, respond to market conditions, and build personal relationships with your guests.
