Setup & Configure FAQs

Repeating the same questions can take a lot of time, but developing helpful Shared and Property FAQs for these common queries can save you significant time. With Rezzy AI, you can create personalized Shared or Property FAQs for Rezzy to respond consistently and accurately to your guests' most frequently asked general questions, and questions about individual properties, including internet and Wi-Fi details, and check-out tasks even after guests arrive. If you haven't already done so, read our Rezzy AI Overview support article.

Shared FAQs

After Rezzy AI is enabled on your account, the FAQs tab is in the in-app Rezzy AI area, where you can add account-level FAQs that apply to specific or all properties. On the right side, you can add a new account-level or shared question by clicking on the + Add Shared Question, edit an existing FAQ by clicking on the pencil icon, or unpublish or delete an existing FAQ. Each existing FAQ has labels to easily identify the assigned properties and booking stages.OwnerRez added an FAQs tab to the in-app Rezzy AI area, where you can add account-level FAQs that apply to all properties. Property FAQs

After Rezzy AI is enabled on your account, property FAQs (Properties > specific Property > General Info > FAQs) display both shared and account-specific and property-specific FAQs.The in-app Properties > specific Property > General Info > FAQs shows both shared or account-specific and property-specific FAQs.

Edit, Make Shared, Unpublish, or Delete FAQs

There is no limit to the number of FAQs you can add for Rezzy to access for your guests' questions. Even after you've added an FAQ, you can Edit it by clicking on the pencil icon, Make it a Shared Account-level FAQ, Unpublish it, or Delete it by clicking on the right-side kebob.After you've added an FAQ, you can Edit it by clicking on the pencil icon, Make it a Shared Account-level FAQ, Unpublish it, or Delete it by clicking on the right-side kebob.

Edit

After you click on the Edit pencil icon, the Edit FAQ will open in a pop-up window, allowing you to edit it.

Make Shared

You might have created an FAQ for a specific property, but now you realize you want it to be a shared FAQ at the account level. Click on the right kebab menu, select Make Shared, and your FAQ will automatically switch to a Shared FAQ, and vice versa by selecting Make Property-Only.You might have created an FAQ for a specific property, but now you realize you want it to be a shared FAQ at the account level. Unpublish

You can unpublish an FAQ by clicking on the right kebab menu and selecting Unpublish. Delete

Promote or Demote
