Thank you for using the PM module. We’re writing to inform you of a small change coming to PM Statements.
Beginning October 20, PM Statements will prorate booking expenses by the guest paid percentage and the number of nights booked before the statement date. This change affects only PM Statements, not Owner Statements. Owner statements will still be prorated however you specify at the point of creating the statement.
Previously issued PM Statements may have included 100% of booking expenses even if the guest had not fully paid for the booking. Expenses for bookings that still have an outstanding guest balance will appear on your next PM Statement to correct the overremittance.
If you would rather not correct the over remittance, you may permanently exclude the booking from future PM statements.
