Additional surcharges and fees help cover various operational costs and services related to maintaining and managing your short-term vacation rental property for guests. OwnerRez Standard Other Fees are pre-configured fees applied to all direct bookings, and synced to your channel integration listings (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo).
These pre-configured standard surcharges or fees (e.g., Community/Property Association, Management, and Resort Fees) are primarily geared towards supported Airbnb surcharges, but they are also supported by our Vrbo channel integration.
Other Fee
Navigate to Settings > Surcharges > + Create Surcharge > Other Fee.
From the Category dropdown list, select the type of surcharge or fee (e.g., Community/Property Association, Management, and Resort Fees). Your category selection automatically populates your Description field, but you can still edit it to something more appropriate.
In the Amount Type section, you can select from the following combinations.
- Fixed amount per stay or night, and per Booking, per Guest, Adult, Child, or Pet.

The OwnerRez Booking.com (BDC) channel integration does not support these surcharges or fees. However, you can log into your Booking.com Extranet and create a fee that will be applied to bookings as appropriate.
