Steps for Integration
- Log in to your Reva account
- Access Integrations
- Open the menu and click on the Integration tab.
- Locate OwnerRez in the list of available integrations.
- Start Connection
- Click Connect next to OwnerRez.
- Choose Cohort Grouping (Default is Fine)
- By default, Reva groups properties using OwnerRez’s structure (or channel structure if applicable).
- You can also use a custom field from the unit’s endpoint or a manual configuration.
- For most setups, leaving the default OwnerRez structure is the best option.
- Authorize Connection
- You will be redirected to the OwnerRez login page.
- Log in with your OwnerRez credentials.
- Enter the verification code if prompted.
- Authorize Reva to connect with OwnerRez.
- Return to Reva
- Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to Reva.
- OwnerRez will now show as Connected.
- Sync & Verify
- A background job will run to import your property data.
- Go to the Listings page in Reva.
- You should see your properties created and linked.
- If your OwnerRez account has connections to Airbnb or Vrbo, those links will also appear automatically.
