Linen fees cover professional laundering, replacement costs, quality linens, and inventory management. They ensure fresh, sanitized bedding and/or towels for guests while offsetting frequent washing and wear from high turnover. OwnerRez Standard Linen Fees are pre-configured fees applied to all direct bookings and synced to your channel integration listings (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo).
Linen Fee
Navigate to Settings > Surcharges > + Create Surcharge > Linen Fee.
Select your Linen Fee Category from the dropdown list.
Enter your Description and Amount per stay or guest.

The OwnerRez Booking.com (BDC) channel integration does not support Linen Fees. However, you can log into your Booking.com Extranet and create a fee that will be applied to bookings as appropriate.
