Linen fees cover professional laundering, replacement costs, quality linens, and inventory management. They ensure fresh, sanitized bedding and/or towels for guests while offsetting frequent washing and wear from high turnover. OwnerRez Standard Linen Fees are pre-configured fees applied to all direct bookings and synced to your channel integration listings (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo).
Linen Fee
Navigate to Settings > Surcharges > + Create Surcharge > Linen Fee.
Select your Linen Fee Category from the dropdown list.
Enter your guest-facing public Description and Amount per stay or guest.

Booking.com
Unless your property is part of the Booking.com Content Sync, which supports linen fees (e.g., Bath Linens, Bed Linens, Linen Fee), our regular OwnerRez Booking.com (BDC) channel integration does not support any Linen Fees. However, you can log in to your Booking.com Extranet and create a fee to be applied to bookings as appropriate.
