Clearing spot rates in OwnerRez removes date-specific overrides, reverting to seasonal rates. This helps eliminate rate conflicts, reduces management complexity, or allows starting fresh with new pricing strategies.
Before you clear your Spot Rates, ensure that your Seasonal Rates are already configured.
Navigate to the Rate Calendar > Spot Rates tab and click the X Clear Rates button.
On the Clear Rates pop-up window, you can select which properties to clear rates and settings, the dates, and the rules you want to clear.
